The Battle of the Atlantic, fought from 1939 until 1945, saw more than 4,500 Canadian lose thier lives. A ceremony will be held at the Halifax Memorial in Point Pleasant Park at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, proceeded by a military parade marching to the memorial.
