According to the RCMP, Jon Tupper, 58, was last seen Nov. 12 on Parrish Road in Woodville. He is described as 5’10, brown hair and blue eyes and is believed to be driving a beige 2010 Kia Soul with a Nova Scotia licence plate FLP974. It is not known what Tupper was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
