CANADAكندا عربي وزارة الصحّة الكنديّة: تجنّب النقص في اللوازم لمواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجدّ by admin 20 مارس، 2020 written by admin 20 مارس، 2020 146 راديو كندا الدولي / إعداد مي أبو صعب | barid@rcinet.ca في جديد الأخبار أعلن وزير الخارجية الكندي فرانسوا فيليب شامبان أنّه دخل في العزل المنزلي الوقائي وقد عاد الوزير شامبان من أوروبا الأسبوع الفائت، وهو يشعر بأعراض، وآثر عزل نفسه في المنزل بانتظار نتائج فحص الكشف عن كوفيد-19 قرّرت وزارة الصحّة الكنديّة تليين معايير الموافقة المعتمدة لديها وبصورة خاصّة تلك المتعلّقة بمواد التعقيم واللوازم المستخدمة في فحص الكشف عن فيروس كورونا المستجدّ. “نظرا للارتفاع غير المسبوق في الطلب والحاجة الطارئة لمنتجات تساعد في الحدّ من انتشار المرض المرتبط بفيروس كورونا، قرّرت وزارة الصحّة تسهيل الحصول على منتجات لا تستوفي بالضرورة كلّ الإجراءات التنظيميّة ، وذلك في إجراء استثنائي” كما أفادت وزارة الصحّة في رسالة الكترونيّة. و بموجب الإجراء الجديد، من المتوقّع أن تتوفّر في المختبرات والعيادات والمستشفيات ولدى تجّار التجزئة منتجات مسموح بيعها فضلا عن منتجات لا تستوفي معايير وزارة الصحّة، من بينها على سبيل المثال تلك التي تظهر عليها التعليمات باللغة الإنكليزيّة فقط دون الفرنسيّة، ما يعني أنّها لا تلتزم بقانون الثنائيّة اللغويّة المعمول به في كندا. ومن بين المنتجات الجديدة التي سيُسمح بها أيضا، تلك التي يُحظر بيعها في كندا ولكنّها تحظى بموافقة السلطات في دول تعتمد أطرا تنظيميّة وقواعد خاصّة بالنوعيّة شبيهة بتلك المعتمدة هنا. وزير الخارجيّة الكندي فرانسوا فيليب شامبان وضع نفسه في العزل المنزلي:(Adrian Wyld:CP وسوف تكون منتجات بعض العلامات التجاريّة مثل “بوريل” Purell و كلوروكس متوفّرة للبيع ، فضلا عن منتجات مستخدمة في المجال الطبّي مثل سترات الأطبّاء والكمامات ولوازم الفحوص المخبريّة وأدوات جمع العيّنات البيولوجيّة. وسيكون بإمكان المصنّعين التقدّم بطلب موافقة سريعة لوزارة الصحّة. ويندرج قرار وزارة الصحّة الكنديّة في إطار مجموعة من التدابير والإجراءات التي تتّخذها الحكومة الكنديّة وحكومات المقاطعات لمواجهة فيروس كورونا المستجدّ. وحتّى لحظة كتابة هذه السطور، تمّ تسجيل 770 إصابة مؤكّدة في كندا، من بينها 257 حالة في أونتاريو و251 حالة في بريتيش كولومبيا، و119 حالة في ألبرتا ، و 94 حالة في كيبيك، و17 حالة في مانيتوبا، و 16 حالة في سسكتشوان، و 12 حالة في نوفا سكوشا، و11 حالة في نيوبرنزويك، م 3 حالات في نيوفاوندلاند ولابرادور وحالة واحدة في جزيرة برنس إدوارد بالإضافة إلى 9 حالات لكنديّين عائدين من الخارج. وأعلنت العديد من المقاطعات حالة الطوارئ الصحيّة التي تخوّل حكوماتها اتّخاذ كافّة الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية صحّة مواطنيها وسلامتهم. و من بين المقاطعات التي أعلنت حالة الطوارئ الصحيّة، كيبيك و أونتاريو و ألبرتا و بريتيش كولومبيا وأيضا إقليم نونافوت وأقاليم الشمال الغربيّة في الشمال الكندي الكبير رغم أنّه لم يتمّ تسجيل إصابات بفيروس كورونا المستجدّ في أيّ منهما.
