أعلن عن تسريب بيانات أرقام هواتف أكثر من 3 مليار و800 مليون مستخدم حول العالم بسبب تطبيق “كلوب هاوس“، وهي مشكلة تهدد جميع المستخدمين حتى لو كانوا غير مسجلين في التطبيق. والأرقام المسربة متاحة حالياً للبيع وبالإمكان شرائها واستهداف المستخدمين بشكل مزعج من خلال الإعلانات أو عبر استخدامات الأخرى.
“كلوب هاوس” هو تطبيق تواصل اجتماعي صوتي يمكن مستخدميه من فتح غرف صوتية ونقاشات حول مواضيع مختلفة، وهو كان قد انتشر بشكل كبير بسبب طريقة التسجيل فيه الغريبة، التي تتطلب الحصول على دعوة من مستخدم حالي ليتمكنوا من الدخول إليه. وكل مستخدم لديه في البداية عدد محدود جداً من الدعوات، ويزيد العدد إن تفاعلت وشاركت في غرف كثيرة.
عند التسجيل في التطبيق يطلب إذناً للوصول إلى أرقام جهات الإتصال لديك، لتتمكن من إرسال الدعوات إليها. وبسبب هذه الطريقة حصل التسريب، الذي قد يؤثر على خصوصية المستخدمين وقد تكون مخاطره كبيرة، وتبدأ من إرسال رسائل دعائية مزعجة أو دمج الأرقام في قاعدة بيانات أخرى مسربة مثل اسم المستخدم وبعض أرقامه السرية وغيرها من المعلومات التي تسرب بشكل متكرر من قبل منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الأخرى.
لذلك، يجب على المستخدمين في الفترة الحالية عدم توحيد الأرقام السرية في جميع المنصات والحرص على تفعيل خاصية التحقق بخطوتين، التي تقدم حماية أكبر في مواجهة المشاكل التي يحدثها تسريب البيانات، التي لم تسلم منها حتى أكبر الشركات حول العالم مثل “فيسبوك“، حيث تم تسريب عدد غير بسيط من معلومات مستخدميه وأصبحت بياناتهم مشاعة في الإنترنت وللبيع وبالإمكان شرائها من قبل أي شخص حول العالم.

كثرة التسريبات ستشجع شركات التقنية على ابتكار حلول تسهم في حماية خصوصية مستخدميها. فعلى سبيل المثال، هناك خدمة تسجيل الدخول من خلال حساب “أبل” المدعومة حالياً في أغلب المواقع والتطبيقات، التي تمكن المستخدم من تسجيل الدخول بشكل سلس وبسيط من خلال رقم سري أو بصمة الوجه، وبعدها تقوم “أبل” بإخفاء البيانات الحقيقية للمستخدم وتزويد الموقع أو التطبيق ببريد إلكتروني عشوائي من “أبل” يكون حلقة الوصل بين المستخدم والموقع أو التطبيق، وفي حال حدوث تسريب يظل البريد الأساسي للمستخدم مخفياً ولا يمكن الوصول إليه. ويتوقع أن تبرز خدمات مختلفة من شركات أخرى تسهم في حماية المستخدم ورفع مستوى الخصوصية.
وصحيح أن مثل هذه الطرق ستسهم في حماية المستخدمين، لكنها ستصعب عمليات استهداف الشركات للمستخدمين بالإعلانات، لذلك يتوقع أن يتم تقديم بعض الخدمات المدفوعة لتعويض الخسائر. فعلى سبيل المثال، يتوقع في المستقبل أن تكون بعض المميزات حصرية للمشتركين في خدمات مدفوعة، كما حصل مع “تويتر” الذي أعلن منذ فترة عن خاصية الإشتراك في الموقع. لا يزال الأمر في بدايته، لكن لا تستغرب في المستقبل في حال أردت نشر أي صورة أو فيديو في الموقع أن يطلب منك إشتراكاً في خدمة معينة.
