Truro Police Service said the incident happened at about 6:30 a.m. in the parking lot of a car dealership on Queen Street. The 54-year-old woman was taken to hospital, where she died of her injuries. According to a media release from police, the snowplow was being driven by a private contractor, and the woman was struck while crossing the car dealership’s parking lot.
