Halifax Regional Police say, last Monday (Jan. 31) a man had been moving items from Prescott Street to Inglis Street. While he was unloading the vehicle, he noticed the painting was missing. Police say the man had been walking back and forth at both locations while loading and unloading the vehicle, so he’s not sure which spot the theft occurred. The late 1970s painting by Nova Scotian artist Joe Norris is titled “Starry Night” (Boy with Fox). It is enamel on stretched canvas and measures 24″ x 30″. Anyone with information or video from the areas is asked to call police at 902-490-5020, or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post ‘I often think of them’: Marking 40 years since deadly explosion killed 5 at Point Tupper mill next post A total of 53 tickets handed out Friday under Health Protection Act You may also like 2025 New Brunswick man charged in killings of two... 11 يناير، 2025 After N.S. wildfires, province brings in new tax... 11 يناير، 2025 P.E.I. oyster farmers fear without government help, MSX... 11 يناير، 2025 Drivers digging deeper to fill their tanks: Fuel... 2025 Leave a Comment Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
