Two youths are facing a slew of charges following an incident at a business in Bedford.

Last week at roughly 6 p.m., police received a report of a disturbance at a business in the 700 block of the Bedford Highway where three people showed up and were refused service because they didn’t provide identification.

According to HRP, they left and then came back as two youths approached an employee and them what is believed to be a firearm, threatening them. The employee was not injured.

On Tuesday morning, officers responded to a report of an impaired driver in the area of Prince Arthur Avenue in Dartmouth.

Police said they found the vehicle on Stephen Street and arresting the driver and passenger while seizing a loaded handgun, cocaine and prescription pills.

Two 17-year-old youths are facing a laundry list of weapons related charges including possession of a firearm or prohibited or restricted weapon obtained by crime, possession of a firearm without a license and pointing a firearm, among many others.
