RCMP seeks man who escaped from police custody at Dartmouth hospital

The 32-year-old man was arrested by Quebec RCMP in relation to a federal investigation

The RCMP is seeking the public’s help in finding a man who escaped from police custody while at the Dartmouth General Hospital.

Earlier Monday morning, Quebec RCMP arrested Karin Marley Simons, 32, in relation to a federal investigation.

He was brought to the Dartmouth General Hospital for an assessment until he escaped custody.

Simons is described as a Black man, 5’9″ and 160 pounds. He has black hair in dreadlocks, dark brown eyes and was last seen wearing black shorts with no shoes.
