Regional police are searching for a suspect involved in an assault that took place at the Halifax Common Aquatics Facility last month.
On July 8, at roughly 7:10 p.m., officers responded to an assault at the facility where a man assaulted a 15-year-old lifeguard when they approached him about pool policies.
Police say the man left the area in a vehicle before officers arrived on scene.
The suspect was described as Black, 40 to 50 years old, approximately 250 lbs., tattoos on both arms, short beard and long black hair that was tied back.
The suspect vehicle is described as a black four-door Honda Civic.
