The first was at around 2:35 p.m. near Percy and Andrew streets, between Dutch Village Road and Joseph Howe Drive. Police say the victim had money stolen by two men he didn’t know. The victim wasn’t hurt and the suspects left the area on foot. Both are described as around 5’6″ and in their 20s. One had straight black hair and was wearing a dark-coloured shirt and shorts. The other was around 150 pounds with straight brown hair and tattoos on his face and arms. The second robbery happened at around 4:30 p.m. on a walking trail in the area of the Mainland Commons near Gristmill Court. A man with a knife demanded money and other items, but the victim was able to get away without losing his property. The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s or 30s, around 5’9″ with short blonde/brown hair. The third robbery happened near the Halifax Transit Terminal on Mumford Road just before 11:30 p.m. Police say a man was assaulted by another man who tried to take his stuff. The victim had to be taken to hospital for his injuries, while the suspect got away empty-handed. The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s or 30s and around 5’6″. He had been wearing a black hooded sweater and pants.
