The RCMP says on Feb. 2, at around 7 p.m., a man walked into a store in the 900 block of Cole Harbour Road, smashed a display case and stole trading cards before fleeing in a vehicle. According to a release, no one was injured, but the suspect did threaten an employee during the robbery. Officers say the vehicle, an older model, dark coloured Volkswagen Jetta with black rims and temporary permit in the back window, drove eastbound on Cole Harbour Road. The RCMP says, at the time, it was driven by another man with a woman in the passenger side. On Feb. 5, a Halifax Regional Police officer arrested a man on an unrelated matter. He was identified as the individual involved in the trading card theft and had the stolen possessions with him. A 38-year-old man from Halifax will now face charges of robbery and mischief. He remains in custody and will appear in court on April 14. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Carney announces $32B for northern defence and infrastructure projects next post Diesel prices drop, gas holds steady in weekly adjustment You may also like 2026 Liberals must show results in spring economic update:... 27 أبريل، 2026 Bayers Road blood collection clinic to reopen Tuesday 17 مارس، 2026 Thousands of power outages as rain and wind...
