Police investigate grocery store thefts

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a series of thefts from a Dartmouth grocery store.

They say a man stole groceries from the Atlantic Superstore on Braemar Drive eight times between January 16 and March 6.

The suspect is described as white with short dark hair and in his 20s to 30s. He had been wearing a black coat, a hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 902-490-5016 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
