Devon Sinclair Marsman was last heard from the week of February 21 and reported missing on March 4. The 16-year-old is described as African Nova Scotian, around 5 feet tall and 100 pounds with blue-green eyes and short dark hair. “There is no information to suggest that Devon has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for his well-being,” HRP said in a news release.
