At roughly 9:40 a.m., officers responded to Primrose Street where a man threatened a group of people with a bat. Police say the man got into an argument with three men and then assaulted one of the men with the bat. Officers arrived on scene and arrested the suspect without incident and the victim was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
