Military training scheduled to happen in and around Halifax

The armed forces says people in our province may see some activity over the next couple of weeks.

Training will be happening from October 12 to 21 in Halifax, Lawrencetown, Waverly and Debert.

The CAF says people may notice military aircraft as well as uniformed and non-uniformed personnel with weapons – adding that only training ammunition will be used.

National Defence says all efforts are being made to minimize disruption to the public.
