Halifax Regional Police (HRP) is investigating the incident after officers responded to the in-progress robbery at 11:15 p.m. on May 3. The robbery took place at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 6025 Almon Street, near the intersection of Robie Street. HRP says the man fled on foot after he threatened employees who approached him. He’s described as white and around 5’5″ tall. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a grey jacket, camouflage pants, a hooded sweater and a black medical mask. Police ask that anyone with information about this incident or video from the area calls 902-490-5020.
