After a couple of COVID cancellations, James Taylor and His All-Star Band are finally coming to the Scotiabank Centre!

James Taylor and His All-Star Band are finally coming to Halifax!

The singer-songwriter was initially scheduled to play the Scotiabank Centre with Bonnie Raitt in May of 2020, but the show was cancelled by COVID, along with a second attempt last month.

“The one wrinkle is that Bonnie will be unable to join us for the newly rescheduled dates,” said Taylor in a news release.

“Happily, Jackson Browne and I have been touring together this summer and fall and he has agreed to come to Canada with me.”

The pair are booked in at the Scotiabank Centre on April 24.

All tickets purchased for the previous dates will be honoured.

“Of course, some of you may have had your hearts set on seeing Bonnie and would like to receive a refund due to the change,” Taylor added.

“This we will cheerfully and expeditiously accommodate. But I dare say that the rest of you will not be disappointed.”
