Minister Brian Comer made the announcement in Stellarton on Wednesday. He said the sites will offer easier access the mental health, addictions and related supports to young Nova Scotians and their families. “It’s really about having services within the communities, highly accessible, no appointment needed, just show up and we’ll provide help,” Comer said. “Sometimes it might be mental health care, sometimes it could be housing, sometimes it could be resume writing. It’s all unique based on the unique community. Seven locations were announced including two in Halifax, with the YMCA and YWCA taking the lead on those. The province says site selection is currently underway and the first sites are expected to open in early 2025. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Interest rate cut in June possible as policy rate held at 5%: Bank of Canada next post لوغو يلوّح بإمكانية إجراء استفتاء عام حول الهجرة You may also like راديو كندا الدولي: كندا وتركيا تدرسان إمكانية التعاون... 28 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax: New technology that unifies harbour activity... 27 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Additional charge added for N.S.... 27 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax: Shelburne man dead after crash on... 27 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Most Nova Scotians not satisfied... 27 يونيو، 2026 CITYnews halifax: Earlier engagement could be key to... 27 يونيو، 2026 راديو كندا الدولي: كارني يبرّر تجنّبه موضوع اتفاق... 27 يونيو، 2026 راديو كندا الدولي: كندا تنوي توسيع دعمها الإنساني... 27 يونيو، 2026 راديو كندا الدولي: شابان من مونتريال يواجهان حُفر... 27 يونيو، 2026 RCI: What we know about the suspect in... 26 يونيو، 2026
