CANADAHALIFAX news Heat warning issued for mainland N.S., including Halifax by admin 6 يوليو، 2023 written by admin 6 يوليو، 2023 78 CITYnews halifax \ By Mark Hodgins Many Nova Scotians were getting tired of the dreary, wet weather that took hold of the province over the past few weeks – and mother nature has decided to toss things up again. A heat warning has been issued for the Halifax area and all of mainland Nova Scotia, calling for hot and humid weather for the next few days. The national forecaster says temperatures will hover around or just below the 30 C mark on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. With the humidity added on, it’s expected to feel closer to 38 C today and tomorrow, and around 35 C on Saturday. Wet and cloudy weather is forecast to return starting on Sunday. People are being reminded that this kind of heat can impact everyone. It’s recommended people limit outdoor activities to the coolest parts of the day and drink lots of water as there is an increased risk for heat-related illnesses. And because some still need the reminder, Environment Canada says you should never leave people or pets in a parked vehicle. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post An 18-year-old man seriously hurt in a crash near Bridgewater next post ترحيب فاتر بالإعانة الفدرالية لنفقات البقالة You may also like 5dead, 1 in critical condition following crash in... 11 مايو، 2025 Dalhousie strikes deal as official training facility for... 11 مايو، 2025 Police seek help in locating elderly man 11 مايو، 2025 Cogswell District Redevelopment Project reaches new milestone 11 مايو، 2025 RCMP seek public’s help locating man wanted on... 11 مايو، 2025 First Canadian navy vessel to visit Antarctica returns... 11 مايو، 2025 Wet weekend on tap for Halifax but sun... 11 مايو، 2025 Shelburne RCMP searching for man wanted on province-wide... 11 مايو، 2025 أول سفينة للبحرية الكندية تزور القارة القطبية الجنوبية... 11 مايو، 2025 كارني يكشف النقاب عن حكومته الجديدة يوم الثلاثاء 9 مايو، 2025
