Officers were dispatched to the scene on Highway 325, about six kilometres (km) outside of Bridgewater, around 6:10 p.m. Wednesday. The initial investigation showed that a Pontiac G5 had become airborne after leaving the road surface and came to rest in a nearby ditch. There were five people in the car at the time of the crash. Three passengers in the vehicle’s backseat received minor injuries and were all transported to the hospital for treatment. Police arrested the car’s driver, a 19-year-old Wileville man, after failing a breathalyzer test at the scene. The man, who also sustained minor injuries in the crash, was released from custody and will appear in court later. Police closed a section of Highway 325 for several hours on Wednesday, but it was reopened. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Ferry between N.S. and P.E.I. unavailable over weekend, stalled by mechanical problem next post Heat warning issued for mainland N.S., including Halifax You may also like Manitoba man killed in Shubenacadie car crash 27 أبريل، 2026 Prime Minister Mark Carney announces Canada’s 1st sovereign... 27 أبريل، 2026 Power restored after thousands in the dark in... 2026 Liberals must show results in spring economic update:... 27 أبريل، 2026 Bayers Road blood collection clinic to reopen Tuesday 17 مارس، 2026
