At roughly 10:15 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Joseph Howe Drive where a man in a vehicle was arguing with another man in a parking lot. Police said the man in the vehicle then pointed what was believed to be a firearm at the other man before driving off. Officers later found the suspect in the area and arrested him. According to HRP, they seized cocaine and cash but did not find a firearm during their search.
