According to the RCMP news release, Volkswagen Passat was driving east between Exit 3 and 4 when it drove off the road and ended up in the ditch. The driver, a 29-year-old man from Halifax, suffered life-threatening injuries and was air-lifted to a hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
