Drivers can expect the price at the gas pump to remain relatively flat this week.

That’s according to managing director and market analyst from Price Street, Rory Johnston. He’s not expecting prices to change much at midnight.

Johnston says with the driving season rolling to an end, there is still some concern about COVID-19 in the market.

“As we shift into the end of the year, normally you’d expect that to tip down a bit, but the wild care we’re continuing to see is COVID,” he said.

In New Brunswick, that province’s regulator moving the maximum price per litre up by 7-10ths of a cent to 150.8.
