Prices at the pumps are down Friday morning here in the Halifax area.

The Nova Scotia Energy Board says it has dropped the price for self-serve regular by 3 cents to 148.9.

On the diesel side, prices are up by just under one cent to 151.2.

This time last year, we were paying 1.52 for gas, and 1.56 for diesel.
