تونس قد يخفي في طياته عملية اتصالية مبتكرة تلفت النظر حول قضية اجتماعية تتمثل في العنف المسلط على النساء. راج على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تونس فيديويسوقلتطبيقبعنوان“رويجل” سيطلق بحسب الصفحة المخصصة له على فيس بوك في 28 يوليو/تموز الجاري، الفيديو صاحبته عبارة “مع رويجل نحرر المرأة التونسية”. الفيديو الإعلاني مدته دقيقة و28 ثانية ويظهر فيه شاب تونسي يقول إن اسمه أحمد فرحات وإنه المدير التنفيذي للتطبيق. وقدم التطبيق الذي قال إنه يوفر خدمات مرافقة رجال للنساء اللواتي يطلبن ذلك، بمقابل مالي مختلف حسب الحاجة،بهدف حماية المرأة التونسية من التحرش وفق تعبيره. للمزيد – فيديو- وزيرة المرأة التونسية: “عملنا على توفير آليات تضمن تطبيق قانون مكافحة العنف ضد المرأة” فيديو التطبيق “رويجل” وهو تصغير لكلمة “رجل” وهو لفظ منتشر في اللهجة التونسية، أثار جدلا واسعا في البلاد نظرا لنوعية الخدمة التي يقترحها حيث يعد بـ”تحرير المرأة” عبر توفير الحماية للتونسيات لا سيما من التحرش، أدلى فيه أحمد فرحات بمعلومات ينسب مصدرهاللكريديف -مركز البحوث والدراسات والتوثيق والإعلام حول المرأة- تفيد بتعرض “80 بالمئة من التونسيات للعنف الجنسي 90 بالمئة منهن تعرضن للتحرش في وسائل النقل العام، و97 منهن لا يتقدمن بشكاوى” قبل أن يخلص فرحات إلى أن هذه المشكلة تهم الجميع، ويضيف بأسلوب لا تخلو منه نبرة ساخرة “ولذلك جاء والعراق، وكثرة القيود على حريات المرأة في هذين البلدين زاد من الحيرة والشكوك حول طبيعة وحقيقة هذا التطبيق حيث تكثر القيود على حريات المرأة. من جهة أخرى تضمن الفيديو الترويجي شهادة شابة تونسية أخفت وجهها وتظهر في الفيديو وكأنها بصدد استخدام التطبيق. فتقارن الشابة حياتها قبل وبعد استخدامها لتطبيق “رويجل ” وعددت مزاياه على غرار عدم الخوف عند العودة إلى البيت في ساعة متأخرة من السرقة والاعتداء. وبما أن التطبيق لم يطرح بعد للتحميل والاستخدام ظهرت أيضا أسئلة حول شهادة الشابة وحول مغزى هذا الفيديو الذي يروج لتطبيق “غريب” عن العادات والسلوك في تونس حيث المجتمع محافظ فلا تطرح مثل هذه الاقتراحات “علنا” وفي نفس الوقت تفتخر فيه النساء بحرياتهن فترفضن “وصية” الرجال عليهن، وأيضا طريقة طرحه غير مألوفة حتى تجاريا للإعلان عن إطلاق هكذا منتوجات. الانتقادات بعد انتشار هذا الفيديو لم تتأخر واعتبره البعض تحقيرا للمرأة التي يظهرها بحاجة للرجل لتوفير حماية “جسدية” لهاعند خروجها من المنزل، كما اعتقد البعض ومن بينهم المفكرة ألفة يوسف على صفحتها على فيس بوك أن “هذا التطبيق بذيء، ويتضمن في جوانبه نزعة ذكورية ويوحي باهتزاز على المستوى النفسي”. هناك أيضا من تساءل عما إذا كان ظهور هذا التطبيق يرتبط بانعدام الأمن وتفاقم البطالة وظهور مشاكل ذات طابع اجتماعي وثقافي وديني في المجتمع التونسي. وهناك من نشر على صفحته “أستطيع حماية نفسي بنفسي ولا أحتاج لحماية “رويجل ” مذكّرا بأن “تونس ليست أفغانستان ولا تحتاج فيها النساء إلى محرم/كفيل للتحرك”. ودعا إلى التفكير وإيجاد أفكار مشاريع أكثر فاعلية من هذا التطبيق. فرضية قوية لـ”خدعة” بهدف التنديد بالتحرش والعنف ضد المرأة البعض أثار إمكانية أن يكون تطبيق “رويجل ” “مقلب اتصالي” أو “خدعة” لتسليط الضوء على مشاكل اجتماعية في تونس. ورأى البعض في هذا الاحتمال طرحا جديدا معتبرا أنها بمثابة حملة قوية لفضح شتى ممارسات المضايقات والعنف ضد المرأة، في حين رأى البعض أن فرضية “صحة” التطبيق من شأنها تأكيد مظاهر التمييز الجنسي والذكوري. صورة مقتطفة من الفيديو الإعلاني لتطبيق “رويجل” هذا الاحتمال تدعمه بعض الآراء نظرا لطريقة طرح التطبيق، توقيته وخاصة الرغبة القوية وراء القائمين عليه في أن يشكل”فرقعة إعلامية” خاصة من خلال مقارنة ضمنية لوضع المرأة التونسية بنظيراتها في أفغانستان والعراق، علما أن التونسياتتتمتعن بـ”مجلة الأحوال الشخصية”والريادة على أصعدة عديدة وخصوصا الحريات الشخصية مقارنة مع النساء في الدول العربية والإسلامية الأخرى، فلهن حق الطلاق والزواج من غير المسلم في تونس التي يمنع فيها أيضا تعدد الزوجات. وإن كان النضال من أجل المساواة التامة متواصلا في تونس ما بعد الثورة التي تعتبر فيها مثلا معركة المساواة في الميراث بين الجنسين من أبرز المطالب. فرانس24 اتصلت بالمتخصصة والخبيرة في العلوم الاتصالية رشا مزنيوي التي شككت في صحة التطبيق نظرا لعدة اعتبارات من بينها الإطار الاجتماعي والثقافي التونسي حسب قولها، حيث أوضحت أنه لا تزال للعائلة كلمتها وقيمتها الاجتماعية والاستنجاد بشخص غريب لحماية المرأة غير جار به العمل في المجتمع التونسي الذي يغلب عليه التحفظ . “طرح اتصالي مبتكر” الخبيرة أشارت أيضا إلى الخلط الذي قد يطرأ على هذه “العلاقة الاحترافية” بين الشخص الذي تؤجر المرأة خدماته والمرأة نفسها، وتساءلت عن الحدود والضوابط التي تحكم هذه العلاقة . وأضافت، قد يكون هذا التطبيق “طرح اتصالي مبتكر لإثارة مشاكل تتعلق بالعنف والتحرش تجاه المرأة أكثر من تطبيق خدماتي وتجاري. إضافة إلى أن الأسعار التي يقترحها التطبيق لقاء هذه الخدمة مرتفعة ولا تناسب في أي حال من الأحوال مستوى عيش التونسيين حتى لو افترضنا أن هذه الخدمة تستهويهم”. من جهتنا
