Man with ghost face mask spotted in backyards

Police are investigating the suspicious circumstances

Halifax Regional Police are investigating after a man wearing a ghost face mask was spotted in backyards of homes in a Dartmouth neighbourhood.

The suspect ran off when a resident discovered him.

Police were called to the area of Ruben Court, near Caledonia Road at around 10:45 p.m. Sunday.

Officers were told the man had also been in a yard earlier in the evening, and in that area the previous week.

He’s described as 6 feet tall and in addition to the mask, he was wearing dark clothes.

Anyone with information or video from the area is asked to call police at 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
