RCMP say it happened at around 11:30 p.m. Saturday in Grand Lake after a baby at a nearby campsite started to cry. A 47-year-old man was arrested and police say he was intoxicated. Peter Aaron Clarke has been charged with uttering threats and failing to comply with a probation order.
