تكنولوجيا و علومعربي العراق: البلد الذي يتعرض فيه الرجال للتحرش الجنسي أكثر من النساء by admin 11 يوليو، 2019 written by admin 11 يوليو، 2019 49 ميغها موهان – حيدر أحمدبي/ BBC أظهر استطلاع أجرته بي بي سي في عدد من الدول العربية من بينها العراق عن نتيجة غير متوقعة، حيث تبين أن عدد الرجال الذين تعرضوا للتحرش والإعتداءات الجنسية (جسدياً ولفظياً) في العراق أكبر من النساء اللواتي كن ضحايا لهذه الاعتداءات. فهل هذا هو الواقع؟ سامي، 13 سنة كان في دورة المياه في مدرسته عندما دفعه ثلاثة أولاد أكبر سناً منه ( أعمارهم ما بين 15 و 17 سنة) نحو الحائط ولمسوا مناطق معينة من جسده. في البداية تجمد سامي كلياً وبات كالمشلول، لكنه أخيراً استطاع أن يصرخ. “لقد بدأت بالصراخ”، فانتبه الأطفال و سارعوا إلى الاتصال بمدير المدرسة. فتم طرد الصبيان الثلاثة من المدرسة ولكن دون إعلام أولياء أمورهم عن السبب أو ما قاموا به. تم استدعاء سامي إلى مكتب المدير، ولكن ما حدث هناك كان بمثابة هجوم آخر عليه، فقد أخبره المدير أن المدرسة ستتعامل مع ما جرى على فعل حدث بالتراضي. وكان الصبي محظوظاً لأنه لم يطرد هو الآخر كالمعتدين الثلاثة، ومُنح فرصة البقاء في المدرسة. ويقول سامي: “ظن الجميع أنني كنت متواطئاً معهم”. هز الهجوم سامي وأثار غضبه، لكنه اختار عدم إخبار أسرته بذلك، وانطوى على نفسه وبالكاد كان يتواصل مع أي شخص لعدة أشهر. كانت تلك هي المرة الأولى التي يتعرض فيها سامي للاعتداء الجنسي. GETTY IMAGES محافظة بابل سامي، 15 سنة و في عام 2007، كان قد مرَّ أكثر من عام على وفاة والده، وكان فقدان الأجر الذي كان يتقاضاه والده ضربة موجعة وكبيرة لجميع أفراد الأسرة. نشأ سامي في مدينة عراقية مثل غيرها من المدن العراقية في محافظة بابل الخصبة، على بعد 100 كم جنوب بغداد، وعاش طفولة سعيدة. كان يستيقظ في السابعة صباحاً ويتوجه إلى المدرسة حتى فترة الظهيرة، يقضي معظم أوقاته بالدراسة، ثم بعض الوقت مع شقيقه وشقيقته. وفي المساء، كانت الأسرة تزور الجد والجدة لتناول العشاء. كان سامي يساعد أحياناً والده الذي كان يعمل في متجر لبيع الحلويات، وكان يحصل على الحلويات بدلاً من النقود. لكن موت والده أجبره على الخروج والبحث عن عمل، فحصل على عمل في متجر صغير في السوق المحلية، وكانت المرة الثانية التي يتعرض فيها سامي للتحرش. شعر سامي بعدم الارتياح إزاء الاهتمام الكبير به من قبل صاحب المتجر، ويقول: “لقد حاصرني باهتمامه الشديد”. ثم، في أحد الأيام، عندما كانا بمفردهما، حاصره المالك وحاول مداعبته وتقبيله. تصرف سامي بسرعة وأمسك بأقرب شيء إليه، كانت جرة زجاجية، ضرب بها على رأسه وهرب. لم يتأكد سامي ولم يعلم ما قاله صاحب المتجر للمحيطين به، لكن الأمر استغرق عاماً حتى حصل على عمل أخر. سامي، 16 سنة في المرة الثالثة كانت والدة سامي وإخوته وأخواته خارج المنزل عندما زارهم ابن عمه الأكبر سناً منه. جلس بجوار سامي وبدأ بعرض صور إباحية من هاتفه المحمول أمامه، ثم فجأة مسك بسامي واغتصبه بعد أن انهال عليه بالضرب. كان ذلك الهجوم العنيف مؤلماً جداً لسامي ويصعب الحديث عنه. ولو فكر في الأمر كثيراً فسيعاني من الكوابيس. لم يعد سامي قادراً على البقاء في منزل طفولته بعد ذلك، ويقول: “تمكنت من إقناع أسرتي بمغادرة الحي والانتقال إلى بغداد، وقطعنا العلاقات مع أقربائنا وأصدقائنا في الحي”. توجهت الأسرة إلى بغداد ووجد جميع أفرادها العمل. ظلت حالة الصدمة تطارد سامي، ودفعته لتجنب العلاقات العاطفية. ثم بدأ في إقامة صداقات جديدة في المدينة بشكل تدريجي، حتى قرر ألا يحمل عبء تجربته وحده. لجأ في البداية إلى مجموعة صغيرة من الأصدقاء المقربين. وكان رد فعلهم مفاجئاً له، إذ اكتشف أنه ليس الوحيد في هذه المعاناة. وقال شباب آخرون في المجموعة إنهم تعرضوا لإعتداءات جنسية مشابهة. وأظهر استطلاع لصالح بي بي سي، شمل عشر دول عربية والأراضي الفلسطينية، أن تونس والعراق تُسجل فيهما اعتداءات جنسية على الذكور أكثر من الإناث. وكان الفارق بين نسبة الرجال والنساء الذين أبلغوا عن الاعتداء الجنسي في تونس ضئيلة، لا تتعدى واحداً في المئة. لكن الوضع في العراق كان مختلفا، إذ قال 39 في المئة من الرجال إنهم تعرضوا لاعتداء جنسي لفظي، مقابل 33 في المئة من النساء. كما تبلغ نسبة الرجال الذين تعرضوا لاعتداء جنسي جسدي 20 في المئة، مقابل 17 في المئة من النساء. كذلك تزيد أعداد الرجال الذين يقولون إنهم تعرضوا لعنف أسري. وشملت عينة المشاركين في الاستطلاع 25 ألف شخص في عشر دول، هي الجزائر ومصر والعراق والأردن والكويت ولبنان والمغرب والسودان وتونس واليمن، بجانب الأراضي الفلسطينية. وهذا المسح هو الأكبر في المنطقة من حيث عدد المشاركين والدول. كما أنه الأوسع من حيث شمولية الأسئلة. وأجرته شبكة الباروميتر العربي، وهي شبكة بحثية مقرها جامعة برينستون الأمريكية. وجاءت نتائج البحث مفاجئة، بالنظر إلى تدهور أوضاع حقوق النساء في العراق، إذ تنص المادة 41 من قانون العقوبات العراقي إن ضرب الزوج لزوجته لا يعتبر جريمة. لكن الدكتورة كاثرين توماس، باحثة في شبكة الباروميتر العربي، تشير إلى أن النساء اللاتي يتعرضن للتحرش الجنسي قد يفضلن الصمت. وتقول: “السؤال عن هذا الموضوع الحساس قد يشوبه بعض القصور. فالناس عادة يفضلون التكتم على حدوث التحرش لأنه أمر محرج أو لا يحبذ الحديث عنه. كما يخشى البعض التبعات السلبية المحتملة (حال إفصاحهم عن الأمر)”. وتضيف: “النساء يملن عادة للتكتم على حدوث التحرش الجنسي مقارنة بالرجال”. وتتفق الباحثة العراقية بلقيس ويلي، من منظمة هيومان رايتس ووتش، مع هذا الرأي، “فالنساء عادة ما يترددن في المبادرة والإفصاح عن الاعتداءات وتحديد نوعها، سواء الجنسية أو الأسرية. حتى أن اللفظ (المستخدم لتوصيف الاعتداء) نفسه قد يكون غريباً عليهن”. وتشير إلى أنه يمكن رصد هذا العزوف في المستشفيات العراقية. فالقانون ينص على وجود ضباط طوال الوقت في المستشفيات، ويتعين على الأطباء الإبلاغ عن وجود أي امرأة تقول إنها تعرضت لاعتداء. وتقول ويلي إنه “عادة ما تكذب النساء لحماية من اعتدوا عليهن، ويخشين تحريك تحقيق جنائي قد يجعلهن عرضة للانتقام”. كما سجلت هيومان رايتس ووتش حالات اعتداء جنسي على رجال مثليين ونساء متحولات جنسيا في العراق، وهي حالات عادة ما يعزف الضحايا عن الإبلاغ عنها. وتتفق نتائج البحث مع المعلومات الواردة لمؤسسة “عراقكوير”، وهي مؤسسة غير حكومة مقرها السويد، وتهتم بشؤون مجتمع المثليين في العراق. ويقول أمير عاشور، مؤسس عراقكوير، إن “الرجال المثليين والمتحولين جنسيا يتعرضون لاعتداءات جنسية مستمرة في العراق. فالذين تبدو عليهم علامات أو تصرفات أنثوية (بمقاييس المجتمع) عادة ما يتعرضون لعنف جنسي. ويتم التكتم على هذه الجرائم لأن العرف يمنع الرجال من الحديث في مثل هذه الأمور. كما أن الإبلاغ عنها قد يكشف أن الضحايا مثليين، ما قد يؤدي إلى المزيد من العنف والتمييز”. ويؤيد سامي هذا التحليل، ويضيف أنه رغم أن اغتصاب الرجال غير قانوني، إلا أن الشرطة والضحايا لا يتعاطفون مع الضحايا. “وإذا تقدم أحدهم ببلاغ للشرطة عن تعرض رجل للاغتصاب، غالبا ما سيسخر منه الشرطي”. ويتذكر سامي تجربته في المدرسة، وهو بعمر الثالثة عشر، إذ تعرض للتأنيب رغم كونه الضحية. ويقول إن الأمر ذاته قد يتكرر الآن. “وإذا تقدمت ببلاغ عن تعرضي للاغتصاب، غالبا لا تعتبرني الشرطة ضحية، وقد تحتجزني كطرف في واقعة مثلية جنسية، وهي جريمة في القانون”. وأضاف: “القانون في صفي، لكن التطبيق شيء آخر”. سامي حالياً 21 عاما حياته أصبحت أفضل ويحب العيش في بغداد. وبدأ مشواره المهني في إحدى الشركات العالمية الكبرى، ولديه مجموعة من الأصدقاء يدعمونه ويعلمون ما مر به. ويتمنى أن تشجع قصته التي رواها لـ بي بي سي رجالا آخرين على التحدث عن تجاربهم. لكن الماضي ليس كتابا مطويا. فهو ما زال يرهب الدخول في علاقة عاطفية. ويقول إنه ربما يعثر على شريك بعد أن تتبدل
