بأقلامهمعربي جهاد الزين : تغيير الموضوع الطائفي بين الدور والمعنى by admin 2 سبتمبر، 2021 written by admin 2 سبتمبر، 2021 158 في النتيجة كل القوى السياسية اللبنانية المسيطرة في مختلف الطوائف صارت عاجزة عن مواجهة أزمة الانهيار اللبناني العميقة، النهار اللبنانية \ جهاد الزين أحار كلَّ لحظةٍ أراكِ يا بلادي في صورةٍ أأنتِ مجزرَهْ أم ثورةٌ (أدونيس) عام 1992 ظهرت براعة الرئيس حافظ الأسد السياسية في اختيار رفيق الحريري رئيساً لوزراء لبنان: لقد غيّر “الموضوع” في لبنان. فبدلاً من أن يكون خَطْفُ الدولة اللبنانية من المارونية السياسية هو الموضوع وإقصاء زعمائها أو بقايا زعمائها من السلطة أصبح “الموضوع” في لبنان هو النقاش الاقتصادي على مشروع “إعادة الإعمار” الذي حمله رفيق الحريري كظاهرة وكسياسي. وهكذا راح ينطفئ وهجُ المشكلة اللبنانية كمشكلة مسيحية سياسيا لصالح نقاش جذّاب انخرطنا جميعا فيه هو النقاش الاقتصادي الحيوي والقادر، عبر الحريري، على استقطاب أجزاء جديدة وعريقة من البورجوازية المسيحية فصرنا نسمع بأسماء من عائلات بسترس وفرعون وبطرس(فؤاد) وتويني (غسان) ودي فريج وغيرهم في محيط رفيق الحريري. صحيح أن العديد من هذه الرموز السياسية والإعلامية والاقتصادية لم يتخلّوا يوما عن تحفظهم على الإدارة السورية للبنان بل عن معارضتهم لها، إن لم يكن كلهم على التفاوت بين أحجامهم وأدوارهم،إلا أن العين اليقظة والصارمة لحاكم دمشق وبيروت كانت تراقب كيف حوّلتْ “الحريريةُ” الديناميكيةَ الاعتراضيةَ المسيحيةَ اللبنانيةَ وأضعفتها وجعلتها عند الحد الأدنى. فبدلاً من استنكاف الطاقات المالية المسيحية القوية عن المشاركة في مسار لبنان ما بعد الحرب أمّن التفاهمُ الأميركي السعودي على الدور السوري عبر رفيق الحريري ديناميكيةً موازيةً تمثّلت في مقدرة رفيق الحريري على استقطاب بلايين الدولارات من المؤسسات الدولية وإشراك الطاقات الخليجية الضخمة في المشاريع العقارية لوسط بيروت حتى ظهر هذا الوسط وكأنه المنتجع الأهم لدى الخليجيين في المنطقة وصار عددٌ كبير من الشقق الفارغة الفخمة في قلب المدينة ينتظر مالكيها الجدد ولو في زيارات نادرة أو سياحية. في هذا الوقت نفسه كان الرئيس حافظ الأسد المشرف على صعود الشيعية السياسية الجديدة بفرعيها “حزب الله” و”حركة أمل” يوجِّه هذه الشيعية نحو ضغط مزدوج على الحريري أيديولوجي وأمني عبر “حزب الله” ونفعي وتقاسمي عبر حركة “أمل” وتحديدا في مجلس النواب. أمّن رفيق الحريري ازدهار مصالح فرنسية كبيرة في بيروت ( خصوصا مع نشوء الهاتف النقال- الموبايل) فصارت باريس مجرّد مأوى “عاطفي” لحزانى الموارنة وأصدقائهم أما الفعل السياسي فكان استتباب السلطة بمرجعيتها في بيروت وبرضى الرئيس الفرنسي جاك شيراك. هذا وضعٌ استمر أكثر من عقد من الزمن وواكب العقدَ الأخيرَ من حياة الرئيس حافظ الأسد بكامله ولم يتغيّر سوى عام 2005 كما هو معروف بعد انشقاق رفيق الحريري عن هذا الدور بتشجيع من الرئيس جاك شيراك ليدفع حياته في مسار هذا التحول. كل هذه “المقدمة” لأقول أن ملابسات تشكيل الحكومة اللبنانية تجعل اليوم التيار العوني يُسدي خدمةً كبيرة للنفوذ الإيراني المتعنكب (من عنكبوت) بالبلد لعلها الأكبر منذ اتفاق عام 2006 بين التيار و “حزب الله”. بمعزل عن قناعة الكثير من قيادات “التيار الوطني الحر” وعناصره أن للتيار مهمة تصحيح الخلل الذي أصاب الوضع المسيحي في النظام السياسي اللبناني بعد نهاية الحرب عام 1990 والسعي المتفاخر في التعبير عن ذلك خلال المسار الراهن لعملية تشكيل الحكومة مع ثلاثة رؤساء مكلّفين سُنّة حتى الآن، فإن الجنرال ميشال عون في تسخينه الحساسية المارونية السنية يقدّم خدمة ذهبية لكن هذه المرة للنفوذ الإيراني عبر “تغيير الموضوع” في لبنان من موضوع رئيسي هو معارضة النفوذ الإيراني في لبنان إلى موضوع الصراع الماروني السني العريق داخل النظام الطائفي. هكذا “لا يعيد التاريخ نفسه ولكنه باستمرار يتقفّى” أي للتاريخ قافية متكررة حسب الجملة الرائعة المنسوبة للكاتب مارك توين: “History doesn’t repeat itself but it often rhymes” ها هو التاريخ اللبناني الراهن يتقفّى حالياً مع تجدد ظاهرة “تغيير الموضوع”. ل”تغيير الموضوع” فائدة قصوى للشيعية السياسية في تبهيت هذا التغيير الحساسية السنية الشيعية الضاغطة دائما في لبنان كبلد عربي على النفوذ الإيراني فيه. حتى أن المراقب يحار في اعتبار كلمة نبيه بري أن “رئيس الجمهورية لا يحق له تسمية وزير واحد في الحكومة” هي كلمة نافرة لا تُقال ولا يجب أن تُقال بحق موقع رئاسة الجمهورية في الأعراف اللبنانية وتمثِّل خطأً فادحاً ترتكبه شخصية سياسية يهمها أن تعطي الانطباع عن نفسها أنها “لبنانية معتدلة” أم هي “خطأ” مقصود يريد فيه رئيس البرلمان أن يشعل النار أكثر بين الرئيس ميشال عون والسنّية السياسية نحو المزيد من “تغيير الموضوع”؟ تجد الحريرية السياسية نفسها أسيرة موج متدافع إقليمي ومحلي وحتى شخصي من “تغيير مواضيع” وجودها لا مجرد تغيير موضوع واحد يتعلّق بدورها. فماذا يبقى من الحريرية التي هي في الأساس ظاهرة مالية أصبحت سياسية (كما هو “حزب الله” ظاهرة أمنية بالأساس)، ماذا يبقى منها من دون مال، وماذا يبقى من الحريرية وهي ظاهرة سعودية (كما “حزب الله” ظاهرة إيرانية) من دون التبني السعودي؟ !
