بأقلامهمعربي حسن المصطفى: الشيعةُ وإيران… التطابقُ المُدعى! by admin 5 يوليو، 2021 written by admin 5 يوليو، 2021 778 النهار العربي \ حسن المصطفى يحلو للكثيرين إجراء تطابق بين التشيع كمذهب إسلامي، ونظام الحكم في الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران، بعيد انتصار الثورة عام 1979. هذا التماثل المُدعى يعمدُ للترويج له فريقان: الأول، مؤيد بعاطفة مفرطة للنظام الذي جاء به آية الله الخميني، ويرى فيه النموذج الأكثر قرباً من “الإسلام المحمدي الأصيل”. وبما أن الخميني مجتهد ومرجع تقليد، وأيضاً هو الـ”ولي الفقيه”، فعليه، سيكون الأقرب لفهم نهج أئمة أهل بيت النبي محمد بن عبد الله، والجدير بتمثيلهم في زمن غيبة الإمام المعصوم، ورايته التي رفعها عندما عاد إلى إيران من فرنسا، هي الراية ذاتها التي يأمل هؤلاء أن يُسلمها خليفته آية الله علي خامنئي إلى الإمام محمد بن الحسن المهدي، حين ظهوره، بحسب وجهة نظر هذا الفريق. الكاريزما التي امتاز بها الخميني، وشعور قطاع واسع من المسلمين الشيعة بأنه باتت لديهم “دولة” على أساس مذهبي، وتحديداً في بدايات الثورة الإيرانية، أدى ذلك لخلق وجدان يوائم بين النظام الإيراني والتشيع، ولذا، باتت أي محاولة للنقد أو الخروج عن “خط الإمام” في عمقها حياداً عن طريق آل البيت، وإضعافاً للمذهب وتوهيناً له، بنظر أصحاب هذا التفكير! الدولة الإيرانية هي الأخرى، التي بنيت حكومتها الجديدة على أسس دينية، سعت للترويج لذاتها بوصفها حصناً لـ”المستضعفين”، وحامية “الشيعة” في العالمين العربي والإسلامي، وأن “الولي الفقيه” وهو “ولي أمر المسلمين”، أي أنه مسؤول عن رعاية جميع المؤمنين، وتحديداً الشيعة حتى خارج حدوده، خصوصاً مع بروز عدد من المشكلات ذات طابع طائفي، في بعض الدول الإسلامية، فرزت المجتمع بحدة. هذه “الاحتكارية” للتشيع، حتى لو لم تدّعيها الدولة الإيرانية، إلا أنها تعززت يوماً بعد آخر، خصوصاً مع الظروف السياسية والأمنية الإقليمية، التي صاحبت الحرب العراقية – الإيرانية، وآلية عمل الثورة الجديدة، وخطابها التبشيري، وبالتالي بات “التمذهب” جزءاً من مداميك الفعل السياسي الخارجي، وأداة في الصراع الإقليمي، وورقة ضغط في المفاوضات، وجزءاً من النفوذ والقوة الناعمة والخشنة في آن معاً. الضغوط الكبيرة التي مارسها نظام الرئيس العراقي السابق صدام حسين تجاه “الحوزة العلمية” في النجف، وعمليات الاغتيال والاعتقال والترحيل التي طالت عدداً من الفقهاء والمرجعيات الدينية، جعلت الكفة ترجح لمصلحة حوزة “قم” في إيران، وبالتالي توجه الراغبون في دراسة العلوم الدينية إلى مدينة “قم”، وبروز مجموعة من المرجعيات الفقهية هناك، والتي كان عدد منها قادماً من العراق، هرباً من بطش نظام “البعث”. ضعف “النجف” وصعود “قم” في ثمانينات وتسعينات القرن المنصرم، ساهما في إعطاء رأسمال رمزي وديني كبير للنظام في إيران. وصاحب ذلك بروز خلافات طائفية في الخليج العربي، بين جمهور من المسلمين السنة والشيعة، جراء السياسات “المذهبية” الإقصائية التي مارستها تيارات أصولية، مثل “السلفية التكفيرية” و”السرورية” و”الإخوان المسلمين” وتأثيرهم السلبي في الحياة العامة، أو في بعض الإدارات والوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية التي كان لهذه المجموعات المتشددة نفوذ بها؛ وصاحب ذلك استخدام لفتاوى إقصائية إبان فترة “الجهاد الأفغاني” و”الحرب العراقية – الإيرانية”، وخطابات تحريض تنظر للمسلمين الشيعة بوصفهم “مواطنين من الدرجة الثانية”، كل ذلك جعل العلاقة بين شركاء الوطن في أكثر من دول عربية وإسلامية تتعقد، وتتصادم في بعض المفاصل؛ وهذا بدوره دفع بأن تظن شريحة من الرأي العام بأن نظام الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران هو الحامي لـ”المضطهدين”، الذين وجدوا أنفسهم مدفوعين في أتون صراعات “الإسلام السياسي والحركي”، ووقوداً لنزاعات هم لا يريدون المشاركة فيها، وغاية ما يرمونه أن يكونوا مواطنين على قدر المساواة ذاته مع شركائهم في الوطن، ويمارسون حريتهم الدينية من دون مضايقات من التيارات المتشددة. هذه العوامل المتداخلة، استفاد منها النظام في إيران، وسعى لتسخيرها في خدمة أفكاره التي يؤمن بها، والعمل أكثر على مبدأ “تصدير الثورة”، والذي نشط فيه “الحرس الثوري” سراً وعلناً، في خلق تشكيلات حزبية وخلايا مستترة، تحت ذرائع عدة، في لبنان والعراق والسعودية والكويت والبحرين وسوريا… فيما الهدف النهائي يصب في خدمة “الدولة الإيرانية”. الفريق الثاني الذي يروج لفكرة أن الشيعة وإيران هما وجهان لعملة واحدة، هم أتباع “الإسلام السياسي السني”، والذين يريدون من خلال ذلك أن يزيحوا شريحة من المواطنين في بلدانهم بغية أن يكون لهم التفوق والنفوذ والغلبة. “السرورية”، “الإخوان المسلمون”.. وسواهما من التشكيلات التي تنتمي لـ”الإسلام السياسي”، هي في ذاتها أحزاب ترفض الآخر المختلف معها حتى داخل دائرة المذهب الواحد، فكيف إذا كان المختلف من مذهب إسلامي آخر! السعي إلى الإقصاء، كان جزءاً من مشروع أكبر للهيمنة على الدولة، حيث كانت المجتمعات في الخليج “مختطفة” لنحو 40 عاماً من هذه الجماعات، التي أضرت بالوحدة الوطنية والسلم الأهلي، وجعلت المفاضلة على أساس التماثل العقدي والحزبي. إذاً، هنالك تياران: شيعي وسني، كلاهما ينتميان لـ”الإسلام السياسي”، سعى كلٌ لأهداف مختلفة لأن يروج لفكرة هي في الأساس غير صحيحة، ومغلوطة؛ إنما الرغبة في الوصول إلى مشاريع “ولاية الفقيه” أو “الخلافة”، بررت لهؤلاء الدوغمائيين أن يعمموا أفكاراً أضرت بالمواطنين في الخليج، وأحدثت أزمات عميقة اجتماعية ومذهبية وسياسية وحتى أمنية، وهي معضلات من الضروري بمكان علاجها ومواجهتها بحكمة وعقل وشجاعة، وحلها ضمن الأطر القانونية والمدنية، بعيداً عن الاستخدام
