ثقافة و فنونعربي “إنزياحات” تقسم المثقفين الجزائريين بين مؤيدين ومعارضين by admin 30 أبريل، 2020 written by admin 30 أبريل، 2020 122 المجلات الثقافية لم تستطع الصدور لولا الدعم الرسمي والوصاية اندبندنت عربية / إبراهيم صحراوي يبدو أن مواسم انقسامات المثقفين الجزائريين وصراعاتهم لا تريد أن تنتهي. والخلفية هذه المرة هي الـ”انزياحات”. فما القصة؟ أصدرت وزارة الثقافة الجزائرية أخيراً مجلة ثقافية جامعة أسمتها انزياحات. أعلنت عنها في موقعها الرسمي، وبلسان السيدة الوزيرة، على أنها تحمل شعار “فكر التغيير”، وأنها “تحت إشراف كتاب ومثقفين جزائريين”، وأنها “وسيلة إعلامية ثقافية مفتوحة لكل الجزائريين ضمن ما يعني الثقافة الجزائرية ويثريها ويثمنها”، مشددة على أن اختيار العنوان “انزياحات” له دلالته ومقصديته. وأشارت إلى أن رهانها مع المجلة “ليس الإطلاق والاحتفاء فقط ولكن الاستمرارية والتطور في المضمون والانتشار” والمساهمة في مرافقة الثقافة الجزائرية وتثمينها وهو “ما يتم وضع أسسه حالياً”. وما إن ظهر العدد التجريبي لهذه المجلة باللغتين، العربية والفرنسية، قبيل شهر رمضان حتى انطلقت الضجة، خصوصاً بعد اتضاح أن التسمية نفسها تحملها –أو كانت تحملها- مجلة يمنية أصدرها مثقف وشاعر يمني اسمه فتحي أبو النصر، وقد سارع إلى الإعلان عبر صفحته على “فيسبوك” عن تفاجئه بإصدار وزارة الثقافة الجزائرية مجلة تحمل اسم مجلته (انزياحات) التي أصدرها عام 2010. ثم أردف ذلك البوست بآخر يطلب فيه من وزارة الثقافة في بلده “التدخل في قضية “سرقة” (كما سماها) وزارة الثقافة الجزائرية لاسم انزياحات”. وكأن التراُشق ما كان ينتظر سوى هذا الإعلان حتى يحتدم بين التيارات المختلفة. المعارضون للمجلة وفريقها والوزارة معاً ينددون بما اعتبروه سرقة ويعيبون عليهم عدم اطلاعهم أو تعمدهم ذلك واختيارهم للاسم أو عدم قدرتهم على ابتكار اسم مختلف عن اسم سابق الوجود، فضلاً عن واحدية التوجه، إلى آخر ما قيل في هذا السياق. بينما تدافع أسرة المجلة (ومساندوها) عن نفسها بأن تشابه الأسماء بين المجلات أمر عادي، وأنه ليس من حق أي كان احتكار لفظة من ألفاظ العربية وجعلها “علامة مسجلة” خاصة به، علاوة على أن الاسم هو عبارة كاملة وليس كلمة واحدة: “انزياحات فكر التغيير”، إلى آخر ما سيق هنا من تبريرات أيضاً. غلاف مجلة “إنزياحات” بالعربية والفرنسية (موقع المجلة) بين هؤلاء وأولئك فريق ثالث رحب بالمجلة واعتبرها بغض النظر عن كل الاعتبارات، تأثيثاً للواقع الثقافي الجزائري الذي يفتقر إلى مجلة ثقافية تكون عنواناً لبعض سماته. أُسندت رئاسة تحرير العنوان الجديد إلى إسماعيل يبرير وهو صحافي وروائي وأستاذ جامعي معروف. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الساحة الثقافية الجزائرية تعاني فراغاً في المجلات الثقافية العمومية الجامعة امتد إلى سنوات. وقد عاشت هذه المجلات عصرها الذهبي في الجزائر في السنوات الثلاثين الأولى بعد استرجاع السيادة وذلك عبر ما كانت تصدره وزارة الثقافة والإعلام في الستينيات والسبعينيات والثمانينيات من القرن الماضي من عناوين عامة ومتخصصة في مختلف المجالات: الثقافة (فكرية متخصصة)، ألوان (ثقافية عامة للجمهور الواسع)، آمال (أدبية، تعنى بنشر الإبداعات الأدبية خصوصاً الشبابية منها)، وغيرها من العناوين الأخرى، كمجلة الأصالة (فكرية متخصصة) التي كانت تصدرها وزارة الشؤون الدينية، فضلاً عن الصحافة الحزبية (قبل التعددية) وعناوينها الكثيرة ما بين أسبوعية وشهرية وفصلية. لكن، ومنذ أن رفعت الدولة يدها عن الإعلام المكتوب الثقافي منه وغير الثقافي (بمعنى قطع الدعم والتمويل)، لم تُفلِح أي مجلة أو نشرية ثقافية في الاستمرار، سواء أكانت تابعة لأفراد أو هيئات وجمعيات معتمدة كاتحاد الكتاب الجزائريين مثلاً وعناوين مجلته المختلفة: رؤيا، المساءلة، الكاتب الجزائري… أو جمعية الجاحظية أو الاختلاف وغيرها. ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أن مُضمَرات الصراع والتراشُق حول المجلة الجديدة تتجاوز العنوان أو التسمية، فهي أبعد حتماً وأشد تعقيداً. المزيد عن: الجزائر/مثقفون جزائريون/مجلة ثقافية/الجاحظية 36 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post الخط العربي من القلم المسماري إلى “الكيبورد” next post الشاعر محمد بنيس يحفر في طبقات الصمت الوجودي You may also like مهى سلطان تكتب عن: الرسام اللبناني رضوان الشهال... 24 نوفمبر، 2024 فيلمان فرنسيان يخوضان الحياة الفتية بين الضاحية والريف 24 نوفمبر، 2024 مصائد إبراهيم نصرالله تحول الرياح اللاهبة إلى نسائم 23 نوفمبر، 2024 يوري بويدا يوظف البيت الروسي بطلا روائيا لتاريخ... 23 نوفمبر، 2024 اليابانية مييكو كاواكامي تروي أزمة غياب الحب 22 نوفمبر، 2024 المدن الجديدة في مصر… “دنيا بلا ناس” 21 نوفمبر، 2024 البعد العربي بين الأرجنتيني بورخيس والأميركي لوفكرافت 21 نوفمبر، 2024 في يومها العالمي… الفلسفة حائرة متشككة بلا هوية 21 نوفمبر، 2024 الوثائق كنز يزخر بتاريخ الحضارات القديمة 21 نوفمبر، 2024 أنعام كجه جي تواصل رتق جراح العراق في... 21 نوفمبر، 2024 36 comments зарубежные сериалы смотреть онлайн 24 مارس، 2024 - 7:56 ص Marvelous, what a weblog it is!
