On November 2, Mounties responded to reports of shots fired near the intersection of Cain and Clarence streets. When they arrived, police found 28-year-old Jayden Tynes suffering from gunshot wounds. He was then transported to hospital, where he later died. Police are now asking for the public’s help as they seek information about a vehicle of interest. According to the RCMP, it was believed to be a white, four-door Hyundai Elantra with dark tinted windows that was seen travelling south on Lake Major Road shortly after the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
