للناقد المصري سيد الوكيل، والصادر حديثاً عن دار “بتانة” في القاهرة إلى طبيعة العلاقة التي ربطت مؤلفه بنجيب محفوظ، وهي علاقة ذات سمت صوفي؛ بما أن الأول يعتبر نفسه أحد مريدي محفوظ “شيخ الطريقة الأكبر”، في تاريخ الأدب العربي الحديث. ففضلاً عن إسهاماته النقدية التي تمثلت في كتابيه “مدارات في الأدب والنقد”، و”أفضية الذات: قراءة في اتجاهات السرد القصصي”، والكتاب الذي بين أيدينا، صدر للوكيل روايتان؛ “فوق الحياة قليلاً”، و”شارع بسادة”، وثلاث مجموعات قصصية؛ “للروح غناها”، و”مِثل واحدٍ آخر”، و”لمحُ البصر”، ويتصدر الأخيرة التي تسير على نهج “أحلام فترة النقاهة”، الإهداء التالي: “إلى نجيب محفوظ، سارد الأحلام العظيم الذي جاءني في المنام وأعطيته حجراً فقبِلَه”. ولسيد الوكيل كذلك متتالية قصصية عنوانها “الحالة دايت”. ويشير عنوان الكتاب الأحدث للوكيل كذلك إلى رواية محفوظ “حضرة المحترم”، ويمكن كذلك النظر إلى لفظة “حضرة” في بعدها الصوفي الدال على حلقات الذِكر، وإلى مفردة “المحترم” باعتبارها صفة لنجيب محفوظ نفسه. ويقول الوكيل في مقدمة هذا الكتاب على منوال المريدين: “اخترتُ تيهي في طُرقات محفوظ لأعرف طريقي، فهالَني أن طرقاته لا تنتهي”. في الكتاب الذي يتألف من 165 صفحة من القطع الوسط، يحاول سيد الوكيل أن “يعرف” نجيب محفوظ، لا أن ينقد أدبه. فهو قرأ أدب نجيب محفوظ مبكراً، من دون أن يساعده ذلك كما يقول على أن “يعرف” محفوظ نفسه. ويضيف الوكيل في مقدمة كتابه: “أحتاج قدراً كبيراً من الشجاعة لأقول إنني أصبحت أسيراً لنجيب محفوظ، لهذا كان جهادي الخاص، هو أن أحرر ذاتي منه. اقتضى مني هذا البُعدَ عن كتابة الأدب سنوات كثيرة، استعنتُ عليها بالقراءة والنقد، حتى كادت رغبتي في الإبداع تذوي، ثم اكتشفتُ أن كلَّ ما كتبتُه أثناء ذلك لم يكن سوى محاولة للفرار من أسره”. ويختتم الوكيل المقدمة بقوله: “ذاتي أصبحت ممتلئة بنشوة الرحلة ذاتها، فرأيتُ أن من واجبي أن أكتبها امتناناً وعرفاناً، وأنا أتلمس طريقاً وعراً، في واقعنا الأدبي، بين الناقد والمبدع القابعين في روحي، ربما أصل إلى مقام الرضا”. الفيلسوف المتصوف يقسم الوكيل كتابه؛ ليس إلى فصول، أو أجزاء، ولكن إلى “مقامات”، تأكيداً لطبيعة ارتباطه بنجيب محفوظ أديباً متفلسفاً متصوفاً: “مقام الأسرار”، “مقام الكمال”، “مقام الوصل”. يتناول الوكيل في “مقام الأسرار” موضوعين هما: “رحابة السرد ومعنى النوع”، و”العنف النقدي في قراءة نجيب محفوظ”. يرى الوكيل، في ثنايا الموضوع الأول، أن الخسارة الناجمة عن تجاهل الإنتاج القصصي لنجيب محفوظ، خضوعاً للتصورات الشائعة عن أنها تخضع لنموذج مدرسي، كانت فادحة، غير أن أولى نتائجها أن ثلث إبداع الرجل لم يقرأ باهتمام كاف، ومع ذلك فإن الخط القصصي المحفوظي وجد امتداده عند كتاب قليلين، اكتنزت قصصهم بهذه النزعة التأملية والتحليلية العميقة، لموقف الإنسان من بعض القضايا الاجتماعية الكبرى، ولكنها تصور في الوقت نفسه حيرته بما يؤمن به في ذاته، وما يفرضه الواقع المعيش، بوصفه موضوعاً خارجاً عن سلطته. لم يسقط نجيب محفوظ منذ البداية في فخ الهويات المغلقة لأنواع السرد التي تقضي بفرضيات شكلانية حاسمة في ما بينها، ويبدو أن نتائج التجريب القصصي التي تجعل من كل قصة حالة منفردة كانت تصب في فضاء السرد الواسع عنده، بحسب ما خلصت إليه تأملات الوكيل في مجمل إبداع نجيب محفوظ، وخصوصاً القصصي. ومن ثم يمكن القول -يضيف الوكيل- إن بعض روايات نجيب محفوظ أفادت كثيراً من النزوعين التقني والتجريبي للقصة القصيرة. وفي هذا السياق يصل الوكيل إلى قناعة مؤداها أن النظر إلى سرد نجيب محفوظ على أساس من الفصل بين الأنواع المختلفة للسرد، ينطوي على قمع لتجربته الواسعة والمتعددة، أما الحرية التي تعامل بها محفوظ مع السرد، فقد مكّنته من القيام بمغامرات مدهشة في تشكيلات البنى السردية لأعماله. ويرى الوكيل كذلك أن الطبيعة المجهرية في قصص نجيب محفوظ تبدو أداة لمعاينة الواقع، ومن ثم فهمه لا الاكتفاء بنقده، ولا بأس من أن تغيب وجهة نظر الكاتب تماماً أو تبدو غائمة ومرتبكة، حتى ليأخذ نقاده عليه هذا ويعتبرونه خروجاً من “مانفيستو” المواجهة الطليعية التي ينبغي أن يتحلى بها “المثقف العضوي”. ثم يؤكد: “نجيب محفوظ ربما كان يدرك أن الواقع محمَّل بكل النوازع الإنسانية وملابساتها اللانهائية الغامضة والمتناقضة”. ولاحظ الوكيل أيضاً أن لنجيب محفوظ تصوراً مميزاً للقصة القصيرة، لكنه ليس شكلياً بقدر ما هو مرتبط بالنظر إلى معنى جزئي في معضلة الوجود الإنساني على نحو أكثر تركيزاً وخصوصية، أو على حد تعبير إبراهيم فتحي اندماج المعنى الجزئي في الكلي العام، ومن ثم فإن زاوية النظر إلى الموضوع هي التي تحدد التصميم المسبق له، ليخرج إلينا في الحجم المناسب تماماً بلا زيادة أو نقصان. وينتهي الوكيل في هذا السياق إلى أن وعي نجيب محفوظ المتفرد بالنوع الأدبي اتخذ سمتاً تجريبياً وتطبيقياً فذاب في مجمل أعماله، ثم أفضى إلى إضافات حقيقية تقنية وأسلوبية، توسع مفهوم السرد شكلاً ومضموناً. ويرتكز الوكيل في ما بلغه تأمله في هذا الصدد إلى أعمال عدة لنجيب محفوظ، في مقدمها “أصداء السيرة الذاتية و”أحلام فترة النقاهة”. ويرى الوكيل أن كتاب “أصداء السيرة الذاتية” كمثال على وعي محفوظ المتفرد بالنوع الأدبي، هو نص مفتوح كلما أمسكت بشكل له، أفلت من يدك، ليمنحك شكلاً جديداً. كما أن “أحلام فترة النقاهة” بحسب الوكيل، تضعنا في مواجهة وعي جمالي مميز، يرقى بآلياته وأساليبه وتقنياته ولغته إلى أن يكون رافداً سردياً مستقلاً، بل ومتفرداً في طبيعته عن القصة القصيرة. ويضيف أن هذين العملين يبدوان مقترحين جديدين في السرد، يتجاوزان السيرة والقصة والرواية معاً، فبأي حق نتكلم عن الأنواع والأطر الشكلية في مثل هذا الفضاء السردي الرحب؟ أما في ما يخص “العنف النقدي في قراءة نجيب محفوظ”، فيتمثل بوضوح في ردود الأفعال على روايته “أولاد حارتنا” التي بلغت ذروتها في محاولة اغتياله في العام 1994 استناداً إلى فتوى دينية. يسأل الوكيل: هل كان الالتزام الصارم بالتتابع التاريخي، وآلية الإسقاط حافزين للتأويل المجحف الذي عانت منه “أولاد حارتنا”؟ ويجيب: ربما هذا هو ما أدركه نجيب محفوظ بعد ذلك عندما كتب “قلب الليل”. ويرى الوكيل أن “العنف النقدي” تجاه أدب نجيب محفوظ بدأ مبكراً، مستشهداً بما كتبه سيد قطب عن رواية “زقاق المدق”، الصادرة في العام 1947: “إنها قصة المجتمع المصري الحديث وما يضطرب في كيانه من عوامل، وما يصطدم في أعماقه من اتجاهات، قصة الصراع بين الروح والمادة، بين العقائد الدينية والخلقية والاجتماعية والعلمية، بين الفضيلة والرزيلة، بين الغنى والفقر، بين الحب والمال في مضمار الحياة”. ويرى سيد الوكيل أن النظر إلى “زقاق المدق” بوصفها مجموعة من المتقابلات الذهنية التي تقبل المصالحة بين الروح والمادة، والفضيلة والرذيلة، لا يمكننا من فهم الرواية، بقدر ما يمكننا من فهم سيد قطب نفسه، بوصفه شخصية حدية، صنفت الناس بين مسلمين وكافرين في ما بعد. أما غالي شكري الذي يمثل نقيض سيد قطب في الأفكار والرؤى، فقد ذهب إلى أن نجيب محفوظ في “أولاد حارتنا”، “أحس منذ الوهلة الأولى أن الدين يشكل ركيزة أساسية في بناء القيم الذي نعيش بين جدرانه في الشرق، ومن طريق الدين أراد أن يدخل عالمنا الروحي حتى يستطيع وهو داخل البناء أن يستبدل هذه الركيزة الكبرى في حياتنا بركيزة أخرى عرفت طريقها إلى العالم المتحضر من زمن بعيد، وهي ركيزة العلم والاشتراكية”. وهنا يخلص الوكيل إلى ملاحظة أن “نقاد الواقعية الاشتراكية”، ومنهم غالي شكري ومحمود أمين العالم على سبيل المثال، كانت ملحة في استنطاق محفوظ ليحدد موقفه من الاشتراكية والرأسمالية والشيوعية والدين والعلم، وسوف نرى أن “جعفر الراوي” اختبرها جميعاً ولم تخرجه من “قلب الليل”. ويخلص الوكيل في هذا السياق كذلك إلى أن كثيراً من أعمال نجيب محفوظ لم تسلم نفسها للقوائم المرحلية والمرجعيات الأيديولةجية، وتجاوزت الحدود النوعية الحاسمة، كما أن كثيراً من حوارياته ومسرحياته وكتاباته للأفلام (السيناريو)، سقطت سهواً من وعينا بتجربته العريضة، ويعني هذا في النهاية أننا لم ننته بعد من قراءة الأديب العربي الوحيد الحاصل على جائزة نوبل في الآداب. مقام الكمال في “مقام الكمال”، يتناول سيد الوكيل “المعنى الوجودي للواقع وتجليات الوجود الإنساني”، و”النص والنص المصاحب” في رواية “قلب الليل”، متدرجاً في الموضوع الثاني من عهد الأسطورة، فالحياة في البيت العتيق، ثم مأزق الجسد، فمأزق الوعي، وصولاً إلى ما سماه العقل الضليل. وبحسب تقديم الناقد مصطفى الضبع، فإن هذا “المقام” يطرح الكمال من زاويتين: زاوية بحث الشخصيات الإسانية عن كمالها، وزاوية بحث القارئ عن كمال الوجود الإنساني في تحققه عبر عالم المقروء (عالم النص الداخلي المنتج وفق منظومته المنطقية)، وهو ما يستتبعه بحث الإنسان (القارئ) عن وجوده خارج المنظومة النصية وتحقق بالاكتمال داخلها. وفي هذا “المقام” أيضاً يتناول الوكيل رواية “الشحاذ”، باعتبارها “تراجيديا الوجود والعدم”. ويخلص إلى أن تلك الرواية تحقق تمثيلاً نموذجياً ومكتملاً للتجربة الوجودية على نحو فلسفي، لكن وقوفها على المعنى الفردي، وهي تسرد لنا تراجيديا “عمر الحمزاوي”، وإسقاطها على الواقع السياسي، يحرمها من هذه الأبعاد المتعددة التي نجدها في “قلب الليل” لتمكنها من نسج شبكة معقدة من الدلالات والمعاني، تتراوح بين الأسطورية والدينية والفلسفية، وتصطدم بالطبيعة الإنسانية، في تجلياتها العقلية والغريزية والعاطفية، وتعارض الحاجات الإنسانية بين الحدس والعقل والروح، كما أن بناءها المركب بين الواقعية والرمزية، يمنحها طاقة دلالية واسعة تتجاوز أزمة “جعفر الراوي” لتشير إلى تراجيديا الوجود الإنساني. يعود سيد الوكيل في بداية “مقام الوصل” إلى مقولة شاكر النابلسي وردت في كتابه “مذهب للسيف ومذهب للحب” عن أن “الكتابة عن أي رواية من روايات نجيب محفوظ لا يمكن أن تتم بتكوينها الأمين إلا من خلال أعمال محفوظ ككل”. كما يعود إلى قول إبراهيم فتحي إن النوع الأدبي عند محفوظ هو رؤية، أو زاوية نظر، ثم يسأل: هل يمكننا اعتبار “”أحلام فترة النقاهة” نوعاً أدبياً مستقلاً؟ هنا يشير الوكيل إلى كتابه “لمح البصر”، الذي يتخذ من كتاب محفوظ المشار إليه نموذجاً. كما يقدم قراءة نقدية لكتاب شريف صالح “دفتر النائم”، باعتبار أنه ينتمي كذلك إلى فن سردي مستقل ابتدعه محفوظ عبر “أحلام فترة النقاهة”. وفي الخلاصة يؤكد الوكيل أن فن سرد الأحلام يخلصنا من صورة السارد المستبد الذي يعرف وحده ماذا يكتب ولمن، كما يخلصنا من صورة الكاتب النبي الذي يحمل رسالته للعالم، وتتحول فيه الذات الساردة من وضعية الكاتب الذي يتخذ من الآخر موضوعاً للكتابة، إلى وضعية الكاتب الذي يجعل ذاته موضوعاً للكتابة، ومن ثم تتلاشى المسافة بين الذات والموضوع في كتابة الأحلام، وعندئذ تبدأ سلطة الكاتب في التراجع، فيما تبدأ سلطة النص، أو الحلم بوصفه نصاً ذاتياً وموضوعياً في
