اندبندنت عربية \ عبد الرحيم الخصار في مطلع القرن الماضي كان الشاعر المعروف جميل صدقي الزهاوي يرتاد مقهى بسيطاً في بغداد اسمه “مقهى أمين”، ولأن الشاعر كان كثير المكوث فيه، تحول اسم المكان من “مقهى أمين” إلى “مقهى الزهاوي”. وتحولت نظرة الزهاوي نفسه إلى المكان، فلم يعد مكاناً لشرب القهوة والشاي وتزجية الوقت، بل حوله بنفسه إلى ملتقى ثقافي يجتمع فيه أهل الأدب والفكر والفن. وربما بلغت ذروة احتفاء الزهاوي بمقهاه استضافته لواحد من أساطير الشعر في العالم، هو الهندي رابندرنات طاغور في مطلع الثلاثينيات. ما قام به الزهاوي قبل تسعة عقود يعرف انتشاراً في البلاد وخارجها، وربما سبقه آخرون في العالم العربي. فالأدباء يحبون أن يصحبوا معهم أدبهم إلى أماكنهم الحميمة، وقد كُتبت نصوص عظيمة في مقاه صغيرة ونائية، بالتالي يمكن لتلك الأمكنة التي كانت موقع كتابة أن تتحول أيضاً إلى حيز تداول ونقاش حول تلك الكتابة. غير أن فكرة المقهى الثقافي لم تأخذ طابعها المؤسساتي إلا في العقود الأخيرة، حيث ظهرت هيئات وجمعيات تنظم عملية التداول الثقافي داخل المقاهي. احتفاء بالثقافة الشاملة في أحد اللقاءات الثقافية (صفحة الشبكة) في المغرب تبدو ظاهرة المقاهي الثقافية حديثة قياساً مع بلدان المشرق العربي، غير أن اللافت في المغرب هو تأطير هذه الحركية بصيغة منظمة على الصعيد الوطني. فقد تأسست سنة 2015 “الرابطة الوطنية لشبكة المقاهي الثقافية”، وتضم 35 مقهى موزعة على عديد من مدن المغرب. وقد عرفت السنوات الأخيرة نشاطاً مهماً للشبكة، بحيث نظمت مقاهيها خلال ست سنوات أكثر من 500 لقاء ثقافي، واستضافت عديداً من الوجوه الثقافية والفنية المعروفة داخل المغرب، من مختلف الأجيال والتيارات، أمثال، الشاعر والروائي محمد الأشعري، والمفكر حسن أوريد، والأكاديمي عمر حلّي، والروائي عبد الكريم جويطي، والممثل عبد القادر مطاع، والمسرحي عبد الكريم برشيد، والسينمائي محمد الشوبي، والممثلة لطيفة أحرار، والشاعر الناقد صلاح بوسريف، والمطربة ماجدة اليحياوي، والقاصة لطيفة باقا، والروائية الزهرة رميج، والسياسي عمر بلافريج، والشاعر عبد الكريم الطبال، والناقد عبد الرحمن بن زيدان، والملحن أحمد العلوي، والكاريكاتيريست عبدالله درقاوي، والإعلامي طلحة جبريل، والمعتقل السياسي أحمد المرزوقي، والإعلامي عبد الصمد بنشريف. وإضافة إلى اللقاءات الفردية، نظمت الشبكات عدداً كبيراً من أمسيات القراءة الجماعية والأماسي الفنية والليالي الرمضانية، فضلاً عن ملتقيات جهوية ومعارض تشكيلية. مناقشة كتاب في مقهى (صفحة الشبكة) وبمناسبة الموسم الثقافي الجديد، وتزامناً مع رفع الحظر عن الأنشطة الثقافية في المغرب، أعلنت الشبكة قبل أيام عن برنامجها السنوي، وفيه تنظيم الملتقى الجهوي الرابع للمقاهي الثقافية في الرباط سلا القنيطرة في نوفمبر (تشرين الثاني) المقبل، وتنظيم الدورة السابعة من المقهى الشعري بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للشعر في مارس (آذار) 2022. كما سيتم إحياء ليالي المقاهي الرمضانية في دورتها السابعة، إضافة إلى عقد الملتقى الوطني العاشر للمقاهي الثقافية في يونيو (حزيران) المقبل، وإعادة تحيين خريطة الشبكة، وعقد المؤتمر الوطني الثاني للشبكة أواخر ديسمبر (كانون الأول) المقبل في العاصمة الرباط. مع التركيز خلال الموسم الحالي على التجارب الثقافية في الأقاليم الجنوبية. وقد اقترحت الشبكة أسماء عدة معروفة، ستسهم في تنشيط لقاءات هذا الموسم، أمثال، المفكر بنسالم حميش، والشاعرة وفاء العمراني، ورائد أدب الأطفال العربي بنجلون، والممثلة فاطمة خير، والإعلامي عبد العزيز كوكاس، والزجال بوعزة الصنعاوي. الحاجة إلى الدعم المادي لقاء في أحد مقاهي مدينة تنغير (صفحة الشبكة) وفي تصريح إلى “أندبندنت عربية” يقول الناشط الثقافي نور الدين أقشاني رئيس شبكة المقاهي الثقافية في المغرب، “لقد حاولنا عبر هذه التجربة أن ننفتح على الثقافة المغربية في بعدها الأكثر توسعاً، فلم نتوقف عند استضافة وجوه من أهل المسرح والكتابة والفكر والتشكيل والسينما، بل حاولنا أيضاً استقطاب وجوه معروفة في السياسة والرياضة والحياة العامة. وفوجئنا بتنوع الشرائح الاجتماعية التي تحضر أنشطتنا وتتفاعل معها”. وعن آثار وباء كورونا يقول أقشاني، “لا ننكر التأثير السلبي الذي خلفته الأزمة الوبائية، ومن ذلك تأثر أنشطة شبكة المقاهي الثقافية، بخاصة وأن الأنشطة الحضورية قد توقفت. لكن على الرغم من ذلك بادرنا إلى تنظيم أنشطة عن بُعد بواسطة تطبيق “زووم”. لقد تجاوزت اللقاءات الكبرى التي نظمتها الشبكة خلال فترة كورونا 80 لقاءً. ويمكن أن أقول إن رواج الشبكة خلالة فترة كورنا كان مهماً جداً، على عكس عديد من الإطارات الثقافية الأخرى التي لم تستطع تنظيم أنشطتها ومواصلة حضورها الثقافي داخل الساحة الثقافية”. وبالفعل كانت “رابطة شبكة المقاهي الثقافية” قد أطلقت مبادرة عنوانها “قْرا كتابك وبْق في دارك” أسهمت في رواجها مع انخراط عدد من الوجوه الفنية المعروفة في الترويج لها. ويشكو نشطاء المقاهي الثقافية من غياب الدعم، خصوصاً من لدن المجالس المنتخبة التي عادةً ما تضع الثقافة في آخر اهتماماتها. بالتالي فاستمرار هذه الحركية رهين فقط بمبادرات فردية من المحبين والرواد. بالتالي فعلى الدولة ممثلةً في وزارة الثقافة وفي المجالس المنتخبة أن تدعم مثل هذه المبادرات المهمة من أجل خلق مواطن جديد متنور، بدل ما نشاهده يومياً في المقاهي المغربية من كائنات إما تحدق في المارة، أو تحدق في الشاشات
