الوطن الجديد، أمّا جذوره فهناك، في الوطن الأم، حيث ترك أهلاً وأحبةً يزورهم، في الأزمنة العادية، برفقة أفراد أسرته. يفرح برؤيتهم ويبادلونه الفرحة التي تكون حتى أكبر عندما يرون أطفاله الذين وُلدوا في المهجر. وهذه الرغبة بالتواصل مع الوطن الأم جعلت الكنديين الجزائريين يطالبون شركة الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية بإعادة فتح الخطّ الجوي المباشر بين مونتريال والجزائر العاصمة بعد أن تسببت بإغلاقه جائحة ’’كوفيد – 19‘‘. وحتى منتصف تمّوز (يوليو) الحالي كانت عريضة لهذه الغاية قد حصدت نحو 3000 توقيع. لكنّ الزمن الحالي، زمن فيروس كورونا المستجدّ ومتحوّراته، ليس عادياً. ومتحوّر ’’دلتا‘‘ الذي يفتك بالجزائر بدّل أولويات الكثيرين من الجزائريين في كندا، كما يقول اثنان من أبناء هذه الجالية في مونتريال، كبرى مدن مقاطعة كيبيك والتي تضمّ الغالبية العظمى من جزائريّي كندا. فتيحة بن عائشة من سكان حيّ سان ليونار في شرق مونتريال، المدينة التي هاجرت إليها عام 2002. التقيتُ بها وبهشام الوافي بناءً على موعد مُسبق أمس في ملعب ’’لورييه ماكدونالد‘‘ لكرة القدم في الحيّ المذكور. وقّعت فتيحة بن عائشة على العريضة المطالبة بإعادة فتح الخط الجوي بين مونتريال والجزائر العاصمة في حزيران (يونيو) الفائت بعد أن وجدتها على أحد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. لكنّ الانتشار الكبير لفيروس ’’دلتا‘‘ في الوطن الأم يجعلها تعيد النظر في قرارها. لو كان بإمكاني سحب اسمي من العريضة لفعلتُ ذلك بسبب تفشّي الفيروس. أنا مع إعادة فتح الخط الجوي المباشر فقط للراغبين بتفقد أهلهم المسنين أو المرضى. هذا فقط ما أقبل به حالياً. أمّا أن يذهب الناس للسياحة والاستجمام فالوضع الصحي حالياً لا يسمح بذلك فتيحة بن عائشة، كندية جزائرية من سكان مونتريال أمّا هشام الوافي، المقيم في حيّ أهونتسيك في شمال مونتريال والذي هاجر إلى كندا مع اسرته قبل أربع سنوات، فهو حالياً ضدّ إعادة فتح الخط الجوي المباشر بين مدينته الكندية والجزائر العاصمة مهما كانت الاعتبارات، حرصاً منه على السلامة العامة، بعد أن كان من المطالبين بإعادة فتحه. هشام الوافي جالساً على على العاطفة‘‘، وإن كان يبدي تفهّماً لأسباب إنسانية تدفع البعض للسفر في ظروف صحية غير مؤاتية. إعادة فتح الخط الجوي بين مونتريال والجزائر العاصمة أمر يهمني، لكن أنا مع إعادة الفتح في ظروف صحية ملائمة لأنّي لا أريد أيّ تأثير سلبي لخطوة من هذا النوع، لا على كندا ولا على الجزائر هشام الوافي، مهاجر جزائري من سكان مونتريال وأخبرتني فتيحة بن عائشة، ابنة مدينة باتنة في شمال شرق الجزائر، أنها ألغت رحلة كانت تنوي القيام بها إلى الوطن الأم في 4 تموز (يوليو) الجاري على متن الخطوط الجوية الفرنسية بسبب استفحال متحوّر ’’دلتا‘‘ في الجزائر، وهي تمكنت من استرداد ثمن بطاقة السفر. ’’خشيتُ أن أمرض وأن أحمل الفيروس معي إلى هنا. لديّ إبنة، كما أني مربية في دار للحضانة‘‘، قالت لي فتيحة بن عائشة التي كانت تعمل كمهندسة زراعية في الوطن الأم. وبالرغم من أنها تلقت جرعتيْ اللقاح المضاد لداء ’’كوفيد – 19‘‘، أخبرتني محدّثتي أنه يتوجّب عليها إذا ما سافرت خارج كندا أن تلتزم بالحجر الصحي في المنزل مدة 15 يوماً عند عودتها من السفر، ما يعني حرمانها من الراتب الوظيفي خلال هذه المدة. ملعب ’’لورييه ماكدونالد‘‘ العاشر من تموز (يوليو) الحالي وطلب منه العمل من أجل إعادة فتح الخط الجوي بين مونتريال والجزائر العاصمة، أسوةً بالخطوط الجوية المباشرة بين الجزائر ودول أوروبية كفرنسا وإسبانيا. وأضاف محدّثاي أنّ السفير أكّد للوفد أنه على تواصل مع سفير كندا في الجزائر ومع وزارة الخارجية الجزائرية ونظيرتها الكندية من أجل إعادة فتح الخط الجوي بين مونتريال والجزائر العاصمة في إطار يحفظ السلامة العامة. لكنّ الحالة الوبائية تردّت كثيراً في الجزائر في الأسابيع الأخيرة، وأكّد لي هشام الوافي وفتيحة بن عائشة أنهما على تواصل مع الكثيرين ممّن وقّعوا العريضة وأنّ هؤلاء في غالبيتهم الساحقة لم يعودوا راغبين بالسفر إلى الوطن الأم في ظل الوضع الصحي الراهن. الجالية مهتمة الآن في كيفية معاونة الأهل في الجزائر وتبذل جهوداً لشراء أجهزة تنفس صناعي بغية إرسالها إلى هناك هشام الوافي، مهاجر جزائري في مونتريال ’’متحوّر دلتا خطير، خطير جداً. لديّ أصدقاء من عمري قضوا في هذا المرض. يجب وضع العاطفة جانباً، الوضع خطير جداً في الجزائر‘‘، أضاف هشام الوافي، وهو في الأربعينيات من عمره، حائز على ماجستير في علوم الحاسوب من الجزائر
