تكنولوجيا و علومعربي نيزك سقط في إفريقيا يقدمُ كشفا “مدهشا” عن المريخ by admin 31 أكتوبر، 2020 written by admin 31 أكتوبر، 2020 19 سكاي نيوز عربية / ترجمات – أبوظبي قال علماء فلك، مؤخرا، إن تحليل نيزك تم العثور عليه في الصحراء الأفريقية، كشف عن وجود الماء على سطح كوكب المريخ قبل 4.4 مليارات سنة. وبحسب صحيفة “ديلي ميل” البريطانية، فإن الباحثين توصلوا إلى هذه النتيجة بعدما قاموا بتحليل التركيبة المعدنية للنيزك القادم من المريخ ويعرف في الوسط العلمي بـ”NWA 7533″، منذ العثور عليه في 2012. وكشف التحليل عن وجود آثار لعملية الأكسدة التي يحتمل أن تكون قد حصلت بالتزامن مع تشكل المياه. وكان هذا النيزك الذي يزن 84 غراما قد سقط شمال غربي القارة الأفريقية، بعدما تحطمت صخرة سماوية عند دخول الغلاف الجوي للأرض. وكان علماء الفلك على دراية بأن الماء وُجد على كوكب المريخ، لكن تقديرهم الزمني كان يرجح وجوده قبل 3.7 مليار سنة. لكن تحليل النيزك الجديد ورصد تركيبته المعدنية، جعلا الباحثين يعيدون النظر، لأن الماء كان موجودا قبل 700 ألف سنة من التاريخ الذي كنا نرجحه. وفي حال لم يكن ثمة ماء على المريخ قبل هذا التاريخ الجديد الذي حدده العلماء، فإنه من الوارد أن يكون السائل قد ظهر نتيجة التفاعلات التي رافقت تشكل الكوكب. وبوسع هذا الاكتشاف المتعلق بالماء، أن يقدم خدمة للنظريات التي تتحدث عن وجود حياة خارج كوكب الأرض. وفي سنة 2013، قدر العلماء عمر النيزك الذي سقط من المريخ بـ4.4 مليون سنة، ليكون بذلك أقدم نيزك من الكوكب الأحمر على الإطلاق. وربما يتساءل كثيرون حول الطريقة التي يعرف بها علماء الفلك أن أصل نيزك معين يعود إلى المريخ. ويوضح الباحثون المختصون أنهم يقومون بهذا الأمر، بفضل إجراء مقارنة مع عينات تم جلبها من كوكب المريخ عن طريق بعثة فضائية أميركية في السبعينيات. وقامت البعثة الأميركية، وقتئذ، بإنزال أجهزة متقدمة على سطح المريخ من أجل جلب عينات للدراسة الفضائية على الأرض حتى تكشف المزيد بشأن الكوكب الأحمر. المزيد عن : نيزك/كوكب المريخ/الأرض/الماء 168 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post الساحرة الشريرة: كيف تحوّلت نجمة هالوين إلى أيقونة نسوية؟ next post جوزيف عيساوي : هدى النعماني، السيدة التي لا اقلّ من النبل يليق بها.
