مصر عن إحراء المسح السمعي لأكثر من 2 مليون طفل حديثي الولادة، ضمن المبادرة الرئاسية للاكتشاف المبكر وعلاج ضعف وفقدان السمع للأطفال. وأكد الدكتور خالد مجاهد، مساعد وزيرة الصحة والسكان للإعلام والتوعية والمتحدث الرسمي للوزارة، أنّ مراكز الفحص الخاصة بالمبادرة الرئاسية تمت زيادتها إلى 3500 وحدة صحية في جميع محافظات الجمهورية حتى الآن، لإجراء فحوصات الكشف السمعي للأطفال بدايةً من يوم الولادة وحتى عمر 28 يومًا. وتقول الدكتورة إيمان عبد البديع رئيس قسم السمعيات بمعهد السمع والكلام إنّ: “كثيرًا ما نادينا بهذه المبادرة وعمل المسح السمعي للاكتشاف المبكر لضعف السمع، كي يحدث التدخل السريع ومن ثم انتظار نتائج متميزة وأفضل بكثير من الانتظار الذي يعرض الطفل لمضاعفات يكون معها العلاج صعبًا”. وتابعت عبد البديع في حديثها مع موقع “سكاي نيوز عربية”: “نادينا كثيرًا بأهمية تلك المبادرة والكشف على أطفال مصر، وكانت هناك محاولات في الماضي، ولكن عندما تبلورت الفكرة كمبادرة رئاسية أعلن عنها رئيس الجمهورية، تم توفير كل الإمكانيات على مستوى الجمهورية، كي لا ينتقل أي طفل من مكان للآخر، وتكون لديه الخدمة في الوحدة الصحية القريبة منه”. وأوضحت: “تم تدريب الأطباء والتمريض للعمل سويًا خلال المبادرة، فأول 3 سنين في عمر الطفل هي حجر الأساس وكلما ازداد في السن يكون تعليمه أصعب، حيث كان متوسط زراعة القوقعة للطفل في مصر وإنقاذة من الإعاقة ما بين 4 إلى 6 سنوات، أما الآن فمتوسط السن انخفض إلى عامين ونسعى جاهدين للوصول إلى متوسط عام واحد فقط”. فحص آلاف الأطفال غير المصريين ووفقًا لتوجيهات الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي، تم فحص أكثر من 6 آلاف طفل من غير المصريين المقيمين على أرض مصر، وتحويل 119 ألف و345 طفل لإعادة الفحص مرة ثانية من خلال إجراء اختبار تأكيدي بعد مرور أسبوع من الفحص الأول في نفس الوحدة. ووجّهت رئيس قسم السمعيات بمعهد السمع والكلام، رسالة للأهالي: “هذه الحملة لمصلحة أطفالكم، الدولة أعطت لكم حقوقًا لا تتركوها، واحضروا للفحص الثاني لأن الاثنين مرتبطين ببعضهم البعض، ولا تسعى سريعًا للذهاب لأماكن خاصة لعمل الكشف، فهناك آلاف الوحدات الصحية في محافظات مصر لخدمتكم والكشف على أطفالكم”. ونوهت عبد البديع في حديثها مع موقع “سكاي نيوز عربية”: “لابد من تسجيل نتائج الأطفال في الوحدة الصحية، لكي يكون تابعا لمنظومة التأمين، وفي حالة كانت هناك رغبة من الأهالي للكشف الخارجي في المستشفيات الخاصة، يجب عليهم أخذ كل النتائج وتسجيلها في المستشفيات الخاصة بالمبادرة، للاستفادة من تسجيل الطفل في التأمين الصحي المصري. فأكثر من 5 آلاف ممرضة في مصر يقمن بمجهود كبير في مختلف الوحدات الصحية، والأطباء دائمًا هدفهم هو إنقاذ الأطفال”. ملف لكل طفل وأعلن مساعد وزيرة الصحة والسكان للإعلام والتوعية الدكتور خالد مجاهد أنّه “تم تحويل 11 ألفًا و363 طفلًا بعد الاختبار الثاني إلى مستشفيات ومراكز الإحالة والبالغ عددها 30 مركزًا على مستوى الجمهورية، للتقييم الأعلى وبدء العلاج الطبي أو تركيب سماعة للأذن، أو تحويل الطفل لإجراء عملية زراعة القوقعة لمن تحتاج حالته. وعدم اجتياز الطفل الاختبار الثاني في أغلب الأحيان لا يعني الإصابة بضعف السمع ولكن يحتاج إلى فحوصات متقدمة في مراكز الإحالة الخاصة بالمبادرة”. وذكر مجاهد أن الاكتشاف المبكر لضعف أو فقدان السمع يجنب الطفل الإعاقة السمعية ويسهل فرص العلاج. كما أنه تم تحديث شهادة الميلاد وإدراج خانة الفحص السمعي بها، ويتم التسجيل من خلال قاعدة بيانات المواليد وملف التطعيمات، بهدف إنشاء ملف كامل للطفل يتضمن حالته الصحية والتأكد من سلامته. حلم الوصول لمجتمع صحي في الوقت نفسه، يقول وائل شتا، أستاذ طب أمراض الأذن والأنف والحنجرة إنّ: “المبادرة كانت حلما لنا جميعًا للوصول لمجتمع صحي، وجيل جديد لا يعاني من أي إعاقات سمعية، وجميع العاملون في المبادرة طوال الشهور الماضية كانوا يعملون باجتهاد منقطع النظير في كافة محافظات مصر، واستفاد منها مئات الآلاف من الأسر المصرية“. وتابع في حديثه مع موقع “سكاي نيوز عربية”: “على جميع الأهالي الذهاب لأماكن الكشف على أطفالهم في مختلف الوحدات الصحية المنتشرة في مصر، فالأمر لن يكلفهم أي شيء سوى الاطمئنان على صحة الطفل، بجانب في حال كان مصابًا ستتكفل المبادرة بعلاجه وسيتم التدرّج في الكشوفات حتى التأكد من إصابته”. وأكد شتا أنّ: “الإعاقة السمعية أزمة كبرى تؤرق العالم أجمع، حيث أن تلك الإعاقة تعتبر الرابعة من حيث الانتشار، ولكن
