X FILEعربي هل تشكَّل القرآن من خلال الأحداث الاجتماعيّة؟ by admin 2 يونيو، 2019 written by admin 2 يونيو، 2019 58 موقغ الأوان / بشار الشوا يُمثِّل هذا المقال محاولة أوليّة لفحص بعض مسلّمات الدين الإسلاميّ، وبالأخصّ ما يتعلّق منها بمسلّمة أنّ الدين الإسلامي كاملٌ وصالح لكلّ زمان ومكان. وهي، برأيي، محاولة ضروريّة ومتأخّرة في ظلّ الرّكود الثّقافي الّذي يعاني منه العالم العربي والإسلامي. وأيضاً، في ظلّ محاولة الإسلاميين (البائسة) تقديم الإسلام على أنّه يوافق كلّ المفاهيم التقدميّة الرّاهنة، من المساواة بين الجنسين وقضايا المثليين وحرية الـ(لا)اعتقاد، وحتّى تلك الّتي تعارضها نصوص صريحة من القرآن أو السّنة. إنّ فكرة هذا المقال كانت قد خطرت لي عند قراءتي لكتاب من إسلام القرآن إلى إسلام الحديث للرّاحل جورج طرابيشي، حيث يورد الكاتب آية اللّعان (الآية 6 من سورة النور) ضمن الآيات الّتي “يُعَّلِق الرّسول الحكم بصددها بانتظار نزول الوحي” (1). إنّ التّأمل في أسباب نزول هذه الآية وغيرها يثير تساؤلات جديّة حول مقولة أنّ الإسلام صالح لكلّ زمان ومكان، وأنّ نصوص القرآن ما هي إلّا تجسيد صرف للحقّ\الصّواب الإلهيّ، ولم تتأثّر، هذه النّصوص، مطلقاً بأي تفضيلات أو آراء بشريّة. سأتناول في هذا المقال حادثتين (مع آياتهما) للتّدليل على أطروحتي: الحادثة الأولى تتعلّق بآية اللّعان ومطلب الإتيان بأربعة شهداء على حادثة زنا وقعت. أمّا الحادثة الثانية فهي عن آية الحجاب. الحادثة الأولى تقول الآيات 4 إلى 7 من سورة النّور: ” وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ (4) إِلَّا الَّذِينَ تَابُوا مِن بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ (5) وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلَّا أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ ۙ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ (6) وَالْخَامِسَةُ أَنَّ لَعْنَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ إِن كَانَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِينَ (7)”. عند البحث في أسباب نزول تلك الآيات، يمكن اختصار تلك الأسباب على النّحو التّالي (تمّ تعديل النّصوص الواردة في التّفاسير اختصاراً، مع الاحتفاظ بالمعنى): أنّ الآية ” وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ” (سورة النور، الآية 4) قد أثارت حفيظة سعد بن عبادة فقال معترضاً على الرّسول بأنّ الرجل لا يكاد يجمع أربعة شهداء حتّى يكون الزاني قد فرغ من حاجته منها. بعدها أتى هلال بن أمية رسول الله وقد سمع ورأى زوجته تزني، فأخبر الرّسول بذلك والّذي بدوره، كره ما سمع من هلال. حاول هلال بعدها إقناع الرّسول أنّه صادق، وتمنّى من الله أن يجعل له فرجاً. فلمّا أراد الرّسول أن يأمر بضربه، وهو جالس بين الصّحابة، نزلت عليه الآية: “وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلَّا أَنفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ ۙ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ” (سورة النور، الآية 6). ففرح الرّسول وهلال بما أنزل الله، وحدثت بعدها الملاعنة بين هلال وزوجته (2 صفحة 179؛ 3 صفحة 139). أن هلال بن أمية ادَّعى على زوجته بالزنا، فقيل له بأنّ الرّسول سوف يجلده ثمانين جلدة. فنفى هلال ذلك متيقناً من أنّ الله لن “يظلمه”. فنزلت بعدها آية الملاعنة (2 الصفحات 182-183). أنّ رجلاً دخل المسجد معترضاً على آية “والّذين يرمون المحصنات”، محاججاً بأنّ الرّجل إن قَتَل مَن زنى مع زوجته فسوف يُقتَل، وإن أَخبَر عنه وعنها فسوف يُجلَد. فوصل ذلك إلى الرّسول فنزلت آية اللّعان (2 صفحة 183). أنّ عاصم بن عدي قد اعترض على الآية “والّذين يرمون المحصنات” قائلاً: “إن أنا رأيت فتكلمت جُلِدت ثمانين، وإن أنا سكت سكت على الغيظ” فنزلت آية اللّعان (2 صفحة 185؛ 3 صفحة 141). أنّ رجلاً من الأنصار قد جاء إلى الرّسول سأله عما يفعل إن وجد رجلاً مع زوجته: أيقتله فيُقتَل؟ فأنزل الله بعدها آية اللّعان، وخاطب الرّسول السّائل فقال: “قَدْ قَضَى اللهُ فيكَ وفِي امرْأتِكَ، فتلاعنا وأنا شاهد” (2 صفحة 186). أنّ سعد بن معاذ استغرب أمر الله بأن يُمهِل الزاني بزوجته حتّى يأتي بأربعة شهداء، قائلاً بأنّه سوف يقتله حالما يراه يزني بزوجته (3 الصفحات 139-140). إنّ الّذي يتّضح من خلال ما ورد من الأحاديث والأخبار في التّفاسير هو أنّ آية اللّعان قد نزلت بعد أن أبدت جماعة من الرّجال المسلمين، وبالأخص من يُحسبون على أنّهم صحابة، اعتراضهم على آية “وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ” – معلّلين اعتراضهم بعدم منطقيّة الأمر بأن يأتي الرّجل بأربعة شهداء ليشهدوا على زوجته في حادثة زنا والّتي، من طبيعتها، أن تتمّ على عجل وفي الخفاء، كما يوضح طرابيشي في كتابه. وتالياً، يمكن الاستنتاج بأنّ القرآن “رضخ” لتلك الاعتراضات والضّغوط، وتدارك الموقف بإنزال آية اللّعان الّتي تستثني حادثة زنا الزّوجة من إجراء إحضار أربعة شهود. هذا الاستنتاج يقودنا إلى التّساؤل عن إمكانيّة أن يكون عقل الصّحابة – على الأقلّ في هذه الحادثة – قد تفوق على عقل النّص، باعتراف ضمني من قِبِل الأخير. الحادثة الثانية تقول الآية 53 من سورة الأحزاب: “يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتَ النَّبِيِّ إِلَّا أَن يُؤْذَنَ لَكُمْ إِلَىٰ طَعَامٍ غَيْرَ نَاظِرِينَ إِنَاهُ وَلَٰكِنْ إِذَا دُعِيتُمْ فَادْخُلُوا فَإِذَا طَعِمْتُمْ فَانتَشِرُوا وَلَا مُسْتَأْنِسِينَ لِحَدِيثٍ ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمْ كَانَ يُؤْذِي النَّبِيَّ فَيَسْتَحْيِي مِنكُمْ ۖ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ ۚ وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ أَن تُؤْذُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلَا أَن تَنكِحُوا أَزْوَاجَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ أَبَدًا ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمْ كَانَ عِندَ اللَّهِ عَظِيمًا” إنّ أسباب نزول تلك الآية، بحسب التّفاسير، هي كالتّالي (تمّ تعديل النّصوص الواردة في التّفاسير اختصاراً، مع الاحتفاظ بالمعنى): أنّه عندما تزوج الرّسول بزينب بنت جحش، أقام وليمة ودعا إليها جماعة من النّاس. فغادر غالبية النّاس عند فراغهم من الطّعام، ولكن مجموعة منهم بقيت وأطالت البقاء. فكره الرّسول ذلك، وبسبب حياءه، أخذ يخرج من البيت ويدخل إليه في محاولة منه لتحفزيهم، بطريقة غير مباشرة، على المغادرة. وفي نهاية الأمر غادروا فعلاً، ونزلت بعدها الآية (4 صفحة 162؛ 5 صفحة 202) أنّ عمر بن الخطاب أساءه وجود رجال في منزل الرّسول وفي حضرة نساءه، فأشار عليه: “لو حجبت عن أمّهات المؤمنين؛ فإنّه يدخل عليك البرّ والفاجر” فنزلت الآية (4 صفحة 164؛ 5 صفحة 203). في تفسير الطبري، أنّ الرسول كان يأكل ومعه بعض أصحابه. فأصابت يد أحد أصحابه يد عائشة، فكره ذلك الرّسول، فنزلت الآية (4 صفحة 167؛ 5 صفحة 204). أنّ عمر بن الخطاب كان يقول للرّسول “احجب نساءك” فلم يكن يفعل. فحدث أنّ إحدى زوجات الرّسول، سودة بنت زمعة، خرجت ليلةً لقضاء حاجتها في الخلاء، فنادى عليها عمر “قد عرفناك يا سودة”، وذلك حرصاً منه على أن يُنزل الله شيئاً في الحجاب، فنزلت الآية. وفي رواية أخرى أنّها رجعت إلى الرّسول فأخبرته بما حدث، فنزلت الآية وأخبرها: “لَقَدْ أذنَ لَكُنَّ أنْ تَخْرجنَ لحَاجَتكُن” (4 صفحة 168). أنّ عمر بن الخطاب كان يأمر نساء الرّسول بالحجاب، فكأنّما استنكرت عليه ذلك زينب بنت جحش قائلةً: “يا ابن الخطاب، إنّك لتغار علينا والوحي ينـزل في بيوتنا!” فنزلت الآية (4 صفحة 165؛ 5 صفحة 203). يتبيّن لنا ممّا ورد أنّ الآية نزلت رداً على رأي\شعور معيّن (سواء كامن أو مُعلن) تبناه\شعر به شخص (الرّسول أو عمر بن الخطاب). وطبيعة الرّد أنّه أتى موافقاً لذلك الرّأي\الشعور – ما يدعم مقولة أنّ تلك الآية تأثّرت (إن لم نقل خَضَعت)، كما آية اللّعان الّتي سبقت، لضغط\تفضيل اجتماعي معين، مورس من قبل الرسول وعمر بن الخطاب. إجمالاً، وبناءً على الحادثتين الآنفتين، يمكننا أن نلاحظ أمرين جوهريين: الأمر الأوّل يتعلق بنزول آية، إمّا نزلت بعدما اعترض أحد الصحابة، بشكلٍ صريح، على الآية الّتي سبقتها، وإمّا نزلت تلبية لرأي\تفضيل بشري معين بخصوص مسألة مّا. في الحالتين، فإنّ سبب النّزول يثير تساؤلات عن مُسَّلمة أنّ القرآن هو تجسيد للحقّ الإلهي – فكيف يكون تجسيداً للحقّ الإلهي وقد استَحدَث حُكماً جديداً تماشياً مع ما رآه البشر من صواب؟ أمّا الأمر الثّاني فيتعلق بأسباب النّزول كمبحث من مباحث علوم القرآن، وتعارض وجود هذا المبحث، بالضّرورة، مع مقولة صلاحية القرآن لكلّ زمان ومكان. في المثالين الواردين في هذا المقال، نزلت الآيات كردٍّ على أحداثٍ وقعت. فيمكننا، إذاً، استخلاص أنّ تلك الآيات لم تكن لتنزل لو لم تقع تلك الأحداث، وبالتّالي، لم تكن الأحكام المنبثقة عن تلك الآيات لتوجد – وهي الخلاصة الّتي تطعن بمُسَّلمة الصلاحيّة. فلكي يكون القرآن صالحاً لكل زمان ومكان، لَزِمَ أن تكون آياته نزلت “بلا سبب” (أي، لا تعالج أحداثاً وقعت) وتحمل صفة مبادئ عامة – وهو المَطَلب الذي ينفيه بالضّرورة وجود علم يسمّى بعلم بأسباب النّزول. قد يعترض أحد الإسلاميين بالقول إن تلك الأحداث ساهمت في صقل القرآن وجعله أكثر صلاحيّة لكلّ زمان ومكان. حسناً، ولكن ألا يعني ذلك بأنّ القرآن لم تسنح له الفرصة لأن “يَرُد” على أحداثٍ تقع في زماننا ويصيغ أحكاماً حيالها، ويُصقل بها؟ كي نوضِّح، نورد مثال الآيات الّتي تُشرِّع الرّق في القرآن. ربّما أمكننا القول، إذا ما أخذنا اعتراض سعد بن عبادة على آية قذف المحصنات كمثال، أن القرآن لو نزل في زمانٍ أصبح فيه الرّق من الأمور المُستَفظعة لدى البشريّة كافّة (كزماننا هذا) لاستنكر بعض المسلمين الأحكام الواردة في الرّق واعترضوا عليها، ولصدر حكمٌ جديد، يلغي (أو على أقل تقدير، يُعدِّل) تلك الأحكام. إذا ما سلَّمنا بتلك المقدمة، أي أنّ القرآن صُقِل من خلال بعض الأحداث، فإنّ سؤالاً بديهياً يتبادر إلى ذهن المرء، وهو: ما الّذي يدعو الإسلاميين لأن يؤمنوا بأنّ فترة نزول القرآن (23 سنة) كانت كافية، بما فيها من أحداث محدودة، لأن يُصقل القرآن “بما
