ويؤكد الكاتب أن “الحامية التركية فزاعة صغيرة قد لا تتجاوز ألفي جندي، وتركيا ليست بالدولة الكبرى حتى تستطيع دعمها في اللحظة الحرجة. فهي لا تتمتع بإسناد عسكري لوجيستي كبير في المنطقة، وليس لها بوارج عسكرية في مياه الخليج، ولا تستطيع إرسال مدد بالجو إلا بعد موافقة العراق أو إيران، ولا يوجد لها ممر بري. قاعدة بلا مهمة، إلا إن قررت أنقرة التحالف مع طهران في حرب مقبلة ضد دول الخليج، وهذا الأمر مستحيل بوجود قاعدتين أمريكيتين معها في قطر”.
كما أكدت العرب اللندنية في افتتاحيتها أن وجود القاعدة العسكرية الجديدة والزيادة الكبيرة في أعداد الجنود والقطع العسكرية فيها “يجعل قطر محمية تركية ويحول التعاون العسكري إلى احتلال بوجه مكشوف”.
وتضيف الصحيفة بأن “الوجود العسكري التركي يكشف عن أن أنقرة استغلت هوسا قطرياً غير مبرر عن استهداف عسكري من جيرانها، لتوهمها بالحماية، لكن حقيقة الأمر تؤكد أن تركيا تبحث عن التمركز في الخليج وامتلاك منفذ حيوي على أهم طرق التجارة العالمية باتجاه جنوب شرق آسيا”.

في عكاظ السعودية، يقول يوسف عبدالله : “يوماً بعد يوم، يسعى النظام القطري إلى رهن أمره وأمر بلاده بأيدي نظام أنقرة، فمع تتابع الأيام يزداد عدد الجنود الأتراك في قطر ‘إلى رقم كبير’، والأدهى من ذلك، إعلان البلدين افتتاح قاعدة عسكرية جديدة ودائمة لأنقرة في الدوحة، الخريف القادم”.
ويضيف عبدالله “هذا التطور الجديد يؤكد التخبط القطري بمصادرة قراراته وجعلها بيد نظام يعيش هو الآخر حلم الهيمنة ممزوجاً بجنون العظمة.”
ويشدد الكاتب على أن “ارتماء الدوحة في أحضان الأتراك” يضرب “بعرض الحائط أمن الخليج خصوصا والمنطقة عموما، وهو ما يفاقم التوتر مع الدول المجاورة لقطر”.
كما كتب محمد خلفان الصوافي مقالاً في البيان الإماراتية يقول فيه إن النظام القطري “يتبجح دائماً بعلاقاته مع كل من نظام الملالي في إيران والنظام التركي بقيادة اردوغان باعتبارهما قوتين إقليميتين يدعمانه ضد الدول العربية، ولكن الشيء الذي يغيب عنه أن الاثنين يستفيدان منه في الأموال التي يمتلكها في معالجة الكثير من أزماتهما الاقتصادية سواء بفعل العقوبات الاقتصادية الدولية أو نتيجة لمغامرات سياسية لاردوغان”.
ويضيف الصوافي أن الدوحة تمثل “ثغرة يستطيع منها النظامان الإيراني والتركي اختراق النظام العربي الذي يعاني فراغاً سياسياً، بفعل مواقف دول عربية رهنت نفسها لخدمة أجندات خارجية”.
ويختتم الكاتب بالقول إن النظام القطري “يعيش وهماً وخيالاً بأنه يستطيع أن يلعب دوراً إقليمياً حقيقياً ويكسر القواعد التقليدية المتعارف عليها في النظريات السياسية، أما حالة الانتعاش السياسي التي يعيشها فلن تطول لأنها ليست أكثر من فقاعة سياسية سريعاً ما ستنفجر”.
كان تقرير نشر في صحيفة حرييت التركية أمس الأربعاء أشار إلى أن “القاعدة العسكرية الدائمة لتركيا في قطر تتمتع بأهمية تتجاوز العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين”، وأن تركيا “أصبحت قوة موازنة فيما يتعلق بإيران والمملكة العربية السعودية”.
