CANADAكندا عربي كوفيد-19: كندا تفرض قيودا على المسافرين من بعض دول إفريقيا by admin 29 نوفمبر، 2021 written by admin 29 نوفمبر، 2021 101 راديو كندا الدولي \ RCI فرضت الحكومة الكنديّة قيودا جديدة على المسافرين من بعض دول القارّة الأفريقيّة بعد تفشّي المتحوّر الجديد من فيروس كورونا المستجدّ ” أوميكرون” (نافذة جديدة) فيها. وأعلن وزير الصحّة الكنديّ جان إيف دوكلو عن منع كلّ الذين كانوا منذ 14 يوما في سبع دول أفريقيّة انتشر فيها متحوّر أوميكرون من دخول كندا. ومنعت كندا دخول الرعايا الأجانب المسافرين من جنوب أفريقيا وزيمبابوي و بوتسوانا وليسوتو وناميبيا و إسواتيني ومالاوي اعتبارا من يوم الجمعة كما قال الوزير دوكلو. وسمحت الحكومة بعودة الكنديّين والمقيمين الدائمين إلى البلاد،وفرضت عليهم إجراء اختبار الكشف عن الفيروس فور وصولهم، والحجر الصحّي مدّة 14 يوما، وإجراء اختبار ثانٍ في اليوم الثامن بعد وصولهم إلى البلاد. فرضت كندا اختبار الكشف عن فيروس كورونا على المسافرين الواصلين إلى البلد. الصورة: (MARTA LAVANDIER/THE ASSOCIATED PRESS) ونظرا لِعدم وجود رحلات مباشرة بين كندا وهذه الدول، يتوقّف المسافرون الواصلون منها في مطارات في أوروبا والشرق الأوسط والولايات المتّحدة. ويتعيّن عليهم إجراء اختبار الكشف عن فيروس كورونا المستجدّ في بلد الترانزيت الذي يتوقّفون فيه. وفرضت العديد من الدول حول العالم قيودا على المسافرين من هذه الدول الأفريقيّة للحدّ من انتشار المتحوّر الجديد من الفيروس الذي أطلقت عليه منظّمة الصحّة العالميّة تسمية أوميكرون. وحذّرت المنظّمة من أنّ أوميكرون هو الأكثر تعقيدا والأكثر إثارة للقلق الذي شهدناه حتّى الآن. ودعا النائب لوك برتولد، المتحدّث باسم حزب المحافظين لِشؤون الصحّة في مجلس العموم الحكومة الليبراليّة إلى الإسراع في اتّخاذ إجراءات من أجل منع المتحوّر الجديد من عرقلة جهود كندا في التصدّي لِهذه الجائحة. الكنديّون قلقون قال النائب عن حزب المحافظين لوك برتولد، وأضاف أنّ الحكومة الكنديّة كانت بطيئة في تحذير الكنديّين، وبطيئة في إغلاق الحدود وبطيئة في توفير اللّقاحات. وقالت كارولين بينيت وزيرة الصحّة المساعِدة إنّ اختبارات الكشف عن الفيروس قبل السفر مفروضة، ولديها قدرة تحديد المتحوّر الجديد. تطوّر كوفيد-19 حول العالم متقلّب قالت وزيرة الصحّة المساعدة كارولين بينيت، وأضافت أنّ كندا تستمرّ في متابعة التطورات عن كثب . وقال وزير النقل الكندي عمر الغبرا إنّ الحكومة لن تأخذ دروسا من حزب المحافظين حول كيفيّة إدارة الجائحة في وقت زعيم الحزب إرين أوتول يرفض أن يتلقّى كلّ نوّاب حزبه اللّقاح المضادّ لمرض كوفيد-19. وكانت الحكومة الكنديّة قد فرضت إلزاميّة اللّقاح على أعضاء مجلسَي العموم والشيوخ قبل استئناف أعمال البرلمان. وتابع الوزير الغبرا مشيرا إلى أنّ المحافظين طلبوا الأسبوع الماضي، بوضع حدّ لاختبارات الكشف عن الفيروس وبعض القيود المفروضة على المسافرين.
