الخيام” العميل عامر الفاخوري، إلى الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، حتى استقال، رئيس المحكمة العسكرية العميد حسين عبدالله من منصبه، وهو الذي كان بطل القرار الذي قضى بالافراج عن الأول، فاتحاً الباب أمام “فضيحة” من العيار الثقيل. على ما يبدو، فإن عبدالله، الذي يحال الى التقاعد بتاريخ 21/10/2021، والمطروح، بحسب معلومات “لبنان24“، لمنصب ملحق عسكري في السفارة اللبنانية بألمانيا خلفاً للعميد أمين فرحات بتزكية من “حركة أمل”، قد رضخ للضغط الكبير أولاً في قضية إنهاء الفاخوري، وثانياً في قضية استقالته من رئاسة “العسكرية” التي أصرّ “حزب الله” على تحققها خلال اليومين الماضيين. وبذلك، يكون عبدالله، وبحسب الاتفاق، قد أنهى المسرحية قبل خطاب الأمين العام للحزب السيد حسن نصرالله مساء اليوم الجمعة، الذي كان سيطالب بما أقدم عليه عبدالله. وعليه، فان خطوة الاخير الاستباقية ستكون بمثابة “جرعة النصر” لـ”حزب الله“، أقلّه أمام جمهوره، بعد تخبط كبير بسبب الفضيحة الكبرى. وما يمكن قوله أيضاً أنّ رئيس “العسكرية” المستقيل كان “كبش المحرقة” في الملف كله. وإزاء هذا المشهد، فإنّ الشعب اللبناني بأكمله يكون أمام أكبر حفلة “استغباء” و “استهزاء”، بطلتها الدولة بحد ذاتها. فهي شريكة في الجريمة النكراء هذه، ووقفت متفرّجة لا تستطيعُ فعل شيء في عملية تهريب الفاخوري.. فالآمر الناهي هي السلطات الأميركية، ولا يمكنُ لدولة مثل لبنان أن تقول “لا”، وإلّا ستواجه عقوبات أكبر، فضلاً عن حجر إقتصادي، مالي، سياسي، وعسكري. فما حصلَ في قضية فاخوري يرتقي لأنّ يكون فضيحة كبرى، في حين أن كل القوى السياسيّة الأساسيّة دخلت في غيبوبة إزاء ما حصل. لا أحد يريدُ التصريح والتعليق بشكل مباشر، ولا أحد يريد إبداء موقف صريح. حتى جمهور “حزب الله” المعنيّ الأول كونه حزب “المقاومة”، يعيش تململاً بشأن الملف، في وقت أن الجناح السياسي للحزب يرفض التعليق المباشر بشأن ما حصل، وأبسط ما قيل: “لا نعرف شيئاً.. فلننتظر كلام السيد”. اليوم، وأكثر من أي وقت مضى، يريدُ “حزب الله” أن يصارح جمهوره أولاً بكلّ شيء، على الأقل كي يجنّب نفسه فضيحة التنازل عن “جزّار” ساهم في قتل خيرة أبناء الجنوب واللبنانيين. ولهذا، وبشكل مفاجئ، قرّر نصرالله الظهور اليوم في خطاب، قالت عنه مصادر الحزب لـ”لبنان24” أنه “استثنائي”، باعتبار فإنّ ما جرى كان مخالفة لأوامره بالابقاء على فاخوري، وكان ضربة غير محسوبة طالت “حزب الله” وحده، إذ أنّ كل الملفات بالنسبة له سهلة، إلا هذا الملف، الذي يعتبر سلاحه الأبرز لإبقاء الإلتفاف الشعبي حوله. والأكيد أنّ قرار تخلية سبيل فاخوري كان أُبلغ لـ”حزب الله” قبل اتخاذه. تقول المصادر أنّ “العميد عبدالله، وصلته الاوامر العليا، وقال لحزب الله قبل يوم من إصدار قراره: يجب الإفراج عن فاخوري، فالضغوط الاميركية عليّ كبيرة، وهناك تهديد لي بوضع اسمي على لائحة العقوبات الأميركية”، ملمحاً إلى أن “عائلته أيضاً قد تتعرض لخطر”. وعندها، طلب منه الحزب التريّث لإيجاد مخرج للأمر، مع التأكيد على أن فاخوري يجب أن يبقى في السجن بأي ثمن”. وبدون أي سابق إنذار، فوجئ الجميع بقرار عبدالله. الإتصالات تكثفت قبل ليلة القرار.. لا تراجع ولا مهادنة.. وإلّا سندخل في نفق خطير جميعاً، لأن أمر إطلاق سراح فاخوري مطلوب من الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب شخصياً. تشير المصادر إلى أن “إخلاء سبيل فاخوري بهذا الشكل ارتبط بتهديدات أميركية عديدة، تشير إلى زيادة الخناق على الإقتصاد اللبناني، وفرض عقوبات على مصارف، إدراج شخصيات لبنانية على قائمة العقوبات، وتشديد الضغط بشأن الديون الخارجية”. بحسب المعلومات، فإن “رسائل أميركية عديدة وصلت إلى الحكومة اللبنانية تؤكد أنّه يجب الإسراع لإطلاق سراح الفاخوري، إذ أنه ممنوع أن يموت في السجن بسبب إصابته بمرض السرطان. وفي حال تحقق الإفراج، فإنّ التسهيلات للبنان ستكون عديدة، وأبرزها على الصعيد المالي والإقتصادي والعسكري. وهنا، اتخذت الدولة قرارها “سراً”، فاوضت على فاخوري متذرعة بالقانون لجهة “سقوط دعوى الحق العام بمرور الزمن العشري”، وضحّت بـ”مأساة الأسرى المحررين والجنوبيين”. أما الأمر الذي كان خفياً عن اللبنانيين هو في جزء من خلفية قرار الحكومة بالإمتناع عن دفع الديون الخارجيّة، إذ كان لملف فاخوري مساهمة بارزة في هذا القرار، فقد تيقّنت الدولة أنّ ورقة “جزار الخيام” قد تكون رابحة، فاستخدمتها للحصول على ضمانات، أقلها في “إسكات” الدائنين، بضغط أميركي. على الصعيد “العوني”، فإنّ الهروب من الملف هو السبيل الوحيد، رغم أنّ العديد من المعطيات تؤكد تدخل الوزير السابق جبران باسيل في “تسهيل” الصفقة. ومع هذا، فإنّ مصادر التيار “الوطني الحر” تقول لـ”لبنان24” أننا “لا نتحمّلها، ومن يُسأل عن ذلك هو حزب الله أولاً.. والمشكلة اليوم انتقلت إلى بيئته الحاضنة”. ومع هذا، فإنّ الملف قد يكون مرتبطاً ضمن صفقة أكبر، تتجاوز حدود “حزب الله“، وهي ستتبلور بشكل واضح خلال المرحلة المقبلة، وتتمحور حول تبادل السجناء بين المحورين الإيراني والأميركي، وهذا ما بدأ فعلاً أواخر العام الماضي. وواقعياً، قد يكون الفاخوري جزءاً من هذه الخطوة، لكنّه بالنسبة للدولة كان “المنقذ لها”.. فكّرت وخطّطت بناء لـ”مصلحة”، ولأنّ العميل المُهرّب جنبها عقوبات قاسية، فإنها كانت لتشكره بقوة على ذلك، مثلما فعل ترامب وشكر الحكومة اللبنانية، لكن “دولة لبنان” لا تجرؤ على ذلك.. ويصح القول: “يمتنعون وهم يرغبون”… المزيد عن : عامر الفاخوري/
