شخصيات مهمة في حزب الله اللبناني تقف وراء إطلاق التنظيم
عربي بوست / مصطفى الزواتي / خاص/ يسعى تنظيم “حزب الله” بالعراق إلى الخروج من حالة الملاحقات والاستهدافات الأمنية المتكررة لعناصره ورموزه من قبل الأمريكيين، عبر استحداث تنظيمات جديدة على الساحة العراقية كان آخرها إطلاق تنظيم جديد يسمى “عصبة الثائرين”.
هذا التنظيم هو آخر نسخة أطلقها “حزب الله” مؤخراً؛ لتلافي لحالة الاستهداف الأمريكي له ولإحداث نوع من التمويه والمراوغة، خاصة بعد اغتيال كلٍّ من الجنرال الإيراني قاسم سليماني والمسؤول في الحشد الشعبي العراقي أبومهدي المهندس.
ولتجنب لتكرار مشهد قصف الأمريكيين واستهدافهم لشخصيات سياسية وعسكرية محسوبة على إيران في العراق قام مسؤول ملف العراق في حزب الله اللبناني محمد الكوثراني، الذي يعتبر بمثابة ممثل حزب الله في العراق، بإنشاء فصيل وكتيبة جديدة تعرف باسم “عصبة الثائرين”.
وستكلف “عصبة الثائرين” باستهداف معسكرات الأمريكيين في العراق.
وتمّ مؤخراً تنفيذ 3 هجمات صاروخية على معسكرات أمريكية، وهي معسكرا التاجي وبسمايه، باستخدام المنصات الصاروخية التي بحوزتها، كان أبرزها هجوم معسكر التاجي يوم 11 مارس/آذار، الذي أسفر عن مقتل جنديين أمريكيين، ومجندة بريطانية، حسبما قالت مصادر مطلعة لـ”عربي بوست”.
منتج جديد يخرج من عباءة الحرس الثوري
كما أن هناك منتجاً جديداً يخرج من عباءة الحرس الثوري الإيراني تحت مسمى جديد يحمل شعار الثورة والغضب.
وتبنى هذا التنظيم مؤخراً عدة عمليات عسكرية على رأسها قصف معسكر التاجي، حيث ينوي التنظيم ومن ورائه حزب الله والحرس الثوري مهاجمة أمريكا دون الكشف عن هويته الحقيقية أو محاولة استثارة وتأليب الأمريكيين ضد إيران وميليشياتها في العراق خوفاً من حالة الردّ والانتقام.
وفي هذا السياق يقول المحلل السياسي العراقي زياد السنجري لـ”عربي بوست”، إن هذا التنظيم يأتي في سياق متغيرات محددة في الواقع السياسي والأمني العراقي الذي تمثل في زيادة الاستهداف والقصف الأمريكي للأذرع والفصائل الإيرانية، وعلى رأسها معسكرات الحشد الشعبي وحزب الله ورموزها وعناصرها في العراق.
وفي المقابل فإن هناك حالة الاستهداف المتكررة لمناطق تواجد المصالح الأمريكية سواء العسكرية والدبلوماسية منها، ويأتي على رأسها معسكر التاجي ومعسكر القيارة ومعسكر مطار بغداد وقاعدة مطار بلد وقاعدة عين الأسد ومعسكر كيوان.
ويرى السنجري أن القوات الأمريكية اضطرت إلى إخلاء ونقل عدد من معسكراتها بعد تعرضها لهجمات صاروخية متكررة، منها ثلاثة معسكرات وقواعد مهمة شملت معسكر كيوان والقيارة والتاجي، حيث تم الأمر بإخراجها خارج المدن وخارج نطاق الاستهداف من تنظيمات الحشد الشعبي وحزب الله.
وتم الإخلاء الفعلي لتلك المواقع الثلاثة بعد تهديد القيادي في حزب الله حسين المالكي المعروف بـ”أبوخميني”، عبر حسابه في تويتر بضرب كل المصالح الأمريكية العسكرية والاقتصادية والمدنية وكل مصالحها بالعراق.
ويرى السنجري أن التنظيم الجديد يهدف إلى تصعيد المعركة مع الأمريكيين دون الدخول في صدام مباشر معهم أو محاولة استفزازهم، كما يهدف التنظيم الجديد إلى تنفيذ عمليات ضد المصالح الأمريكية دون أن يكون هناك ذكر أو ارتباط لتنظيم “حزب الله” العراق.
ويشير السنجري إلى أنّ التنظيم سيعتمد في تكتيكاته وأساليبه القادمة على الهجمات الصاروخية للمعسكرات والمصالح الأمريكية في العراق وعلى استهداف السفارة الأمريكية والمنطقة الخضراء.
التنظيم الجديد الذي تبنى عدة هجمات على المصالح الأمريكية في العراق أعلن عن نفسه بعد استهداف معسكر التاجي الذي أدى إلى مقتل جنديين أمريكيين وثالث بريطاني، حيث اختار لنفسه اسم “عصبة الثائرين” مع شعار البندقية وقبضة اليد، حيث يطرح الكثير من الأسئلة، لعلّ أبرزها هل هو نتاج تحول أو تطور لجين التمدد الإيراني في العراق.
وتقول مصادر خاصة مطلعة من داخل “حزب الله”، رفضت الكشف عن نفسها لـ”عربي بوست”، إن “حزب الله” العراق عبر تنظيمه الجديد يسعى إلى النأي بنفسه عن نتائج العمليات المعادية للحضور الأمريكي وإلى إبعاد السلطات المركزية عن دائرة الحرج مع الولايات المتحدة، بزعم أن لا دور للميليشيات الإيرانية الناشطة في استهداف مواقعها، وهو ما يعني أن قرار إخراج الأمريكيين من العراق تم اتخاذه من قبل النظام الإيراني عبر إسناد المهمة للجماعات الشيعية المسلحة والمتشددة مثل: حزب الله وعصائب أهل الحق وحركة النجباء وفيلق بدر، والتنظيمات السرية المنبثقة عنهم.

ويبرز اسم “الشيخ” اللبناني محمد الكوثراني، وهو ممثل جماعة “حزب الله” اللبناني في العراق، كأحد أهم الأسماء البارزة في الساحة العراقية والذي تدخل للمساعدة في ملء الفراغ الذي تركه قاسم سليماني، فيما يتعلق بتوجيه الميليشيات العراقية المسلحة ومنها “حزب الله”، بالإضافة إلى ارتباط اسمه.
لاسيما أن سليماني -بحسب مصادر عراقية- أوغل في الأزمة في الشهور التي سبقت اغتياله وعقد اجتماعات مع الجماعات المسلحة العراقية في بغداد في الوقت الذي سعت فيه طهران للدفاع عن حلفائها ومصالحها في صراعها على النفوذ مع الولايات المتحدة.
ويقول مسؤول مطلع في تنظيم “حزب الله” العراقي، رفض الكشف عن اسمه لـ”عربي بوست”، إن التنظيم استطاع حشد ما يقارب 3000 مقاتل أصبحوا على أهبة الاستعداد وسيعملون على استهداف المصالح الأمريكية في الداخل العراقي.
وذكر أن عمليات الاستهداف يمكن أن تطال مصالح أمريكية حيوية خارج العراق، مشيراً إلى اعتماد التنظيم الجديد على أسلوب القصف الصاروخي، حيث تمّ تدريب عناصره على أعلى التدريبات العسكرية خصوصاً ما يتعلق بالهجمات الصاروخية.
أسلحة متعددة
منطقة “جرف النصر” تعد المعقل الأساسي للتنظيم، وهو ما أكده المصدر المسؤول في تنظيم “حزب الله”، التي تحتوي -بحسب قوله- على مختلف الصواريخ الباليستية الموجهة قصيرة المدى ومتوسطة المدى وبعيدة المدى، تحت عدة طرازات ومسميات وهي: من طراز “القاهر” و”البركان” وهي صواريخ ذكية قصيرة المدى، بالإضافة إلى صاروخ من طراز “الفاتح 313” متوسط المدى، والذي يمكن أن يصل مداه إلى المدى 500 كم، وصواريخ أخرى تحت عدة طرازات ومسميات وهي: من طراز “أشتر” و”بتار” و”تايكر” و”قاصم” و”مبير” يمكن أن يصل البعض منها إلى العمق السعودي والخليجي.
إضافة إلى وجود العشرات من الطائرات المسيرة “بلا طيار” من نوع “رقيب” والتي عملت على ضرب عدة مصالح مختلفة في الداخل والخارج العراقي، كل هذه الإمكانات وفرها النظام الإيراني ووضعها تحت تصرف التنظيم الجديد الذي سيكثف من هجماته بحسب مصدر مطلع في الأيام المقبلة.
شخصيات مهمة غير الكوثراني تقف على رأس التنظيم ومنهم حسين المالكي وأبوزهراء السلطاني، وهما من أكثر الشخصيات الميدانية بروزاً في التنظيم، حيث أوكل إليهم “حزب الله” مهمة إنشاء وقيادة التنظيم الجديد لاستهداف الأمريكان في العراق.
هنا يرى المحلل السياسي العراقي انتفاض قنبر في تصريح خاص لـ”عربي بوست”، أن النظام الإيراني بعد أن أفلس في مشروعه بالعراق وسوريا لجأ إلى إنشاء تنظيمات وفصائل جديدة بعد أن أصبحت معنويات ميليشياتها السابقة في العراق منخفضة وتحولت قياداتها إلى أمراء الحرب تثرى على حساب المقاتل البسيط الذي لا يجد قوت يومه، وحاولت طهران أن تجعل من سنة العراق حطباً ودرعاً لضرب الأمريكان من المناطق السنية وفشلت هذه الخطة ولم تؤتِ ثمارها، فرفض كثير من السنة هذه العملية عدا بعض الأطراف التي ليس لها ثقل وأهمية.
ويشير قنبر إلى أن إيران تريد أن تشعل مواجهة مع الأمريكيين عبر استحداث مثل هذه الفصائل الجديدة، وهذا ما فعله الرئيس السابق صدام حسين قبل عام 2003 عبر تشكيله مجموعات جهادية وإتيانه بالعرب وتهديده بقتل آلاف الجنود الأمريكيين، وفي النهاية لم تكن إلا فقاعات فارغة، حسب تعبيره.
وقال إن إيران تلجأ إلى نفس النهج والأساليب، متوقعاً أن أمريكا لن ترعبها مثل هذه الأساليب التقليدية التي أصبحت في زمن الماضي، متوقعاً أن تحدث مواجهات عنيفة بين الأمريكيين وهذه الميليشيات، وسيتم سحقها وستختفي مثل هذه المجموعات، على حد تعبيره.
ويقول إن النظام الإيراني يسعى إلى الخروج من أزماته، فهو يعيش وضعاً صعباً على المستوى السياسي والعسكري، والميليشيات التابعة لها في العراق تراجعت قوتها وباتت ضعيفة أمام القوات العراقية، إضافة إلى أجواء الفساد والتفكك التي تعشيها مثل هذه الميليشيات وسوء الإدارة والافتقاد إلى الاستراتيجية، خاصة بعد مقتل قاسم سليماني وأبومهدي المهندس، فبات هناك فراغ كبير تركته هاتان الشخصيتان، ولم يتم ملء هذا الفراغ بسهولة.
