السلطات التركية سلمت اثنين منهم بعد هروبهما من البلاد
انضم الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترمب إلى حملة أطلقها نشطاء إيرانيون على الإنترنت وتفاعل معها أكثر من أربعة ملايين مغرد على “تويتر” لوقف إعدام ثلاثة محتجين شاركوا في تظاهرات سابقة ضد رفع أسعار الوقود في إيران.
وبعد أن تناولت وسائل الإعلام الحكومية خبر تأييد حكم الإعدام بحق المتظاهرين الثلاثة أمير حسين مرادي وسعيد تمجيدي ومحمد رجبي، أطلق النشطاء هاشتاغ #اعدام_نکنید أي “لا تعدموهم” وانضم مواطنون ونشطاء ومؤسسات وشخصيات مختلفة من أنحاء العالم إلى الحملة للضغط على السلطات لوقف أحكام الإعدام.
وكتب الرئيس الأميركي على حسابه على “تويتر” باللغة الفارسية “حكم على ثلاثة أشخاص في إيران بالإعدام بسبب مشاركتهم في التظاهرات. من المحتمل تنفيذ الإعدام في أي لحظة. إعدام هؤلاء الثلاثة يحمل رسالة مؤلمة للعالم ويجب ألا يتم. لا تعدموهم”.

وكان الشبان الثلاثة قد شاركوا في احتجاجات عمت البلاد بعد مصادقة مرشد الجمهورية الإيرانية علي خامنئي على رفع أسعار الوقود في نوفمبر (تشرين الثاني) 2019، وأوردت تقارير مؤسسات حقوقية أن قوى الأمن قتلت أكثر من 300 شخص في المواجهات.
وطالبت منظمة العفو الدولية ومرصد حقوق الإنسان بإلغاء حكم الإعدام، وأوضحت المنظمتان الدوليتان أن المعتقلين الثلاثة خضعوا لمحاكمات غير عادلة وتعرضوا للضرب والتعذيب الجسدي والنفسي.
وكان اثنان من المتهمين قد فرا إلى تركيا بعد خروجهما من السجن وتقديم ضمانات مالية للقضاء، إلا أن الشرطة التركية اعتقلتهما وسلمتهما إلى إيران
وأعلن الناطق باسم القضاء غلام حسين إسماعيلي يوم أمس الثلاثاء، أن الديوان الأعلى للقضاء صادق على حكم الإعدام بحق المحتجين الثلاثة.
وتولى رئاسة محكمة النشطاء الثلاثة القاضي أبو القاسم صلواتي المعروف بالتنسيق مع الجهات الأمنية لتنفيذ أحكام تعسفية ضد المعارضين السياسيين.
وحكمت المحكمة عليهم بالإعدام باتهام المشاركة في تخريب وحرق الممتلكات ومعارضة نظام الجمهورية الإسلامية والمحاربة.
وبعد هذا الإعلان أطلق نشطاء في الداخل والخارج حملة على “تويتر” حملت هاشتاغ #اعدام_نکنید أي لا تعدموهم، وتفاعل معها الملايين من المغرّدين على الإنترنت. ورافق الحملة خلل في شبكة الإنترنت في إيران، لكن ارتفاع عدد المشاركين في الحملة ظل مستمراً.

وبينما نشرت وكالة “فارس” للأنباء أن رئيس القضاء إبراهيم رئيسي أمر بوقف تنفيذ حكم الإعدام لكن وكالة “ميزان” العائدة للقضاء، نفت أن يكون رئيسي قد أصدر مثل هذا الأمر.
وأوردت وكالة “فارس”، “أمر رئيس السلطة القضائية بإعادة محاكمة المحتجين الثلاثة”، مؤكداً أنه “تم بالفعل وقف تنفيذ حكم الإعدام”.
وتنص القوانين الإيرانية على منح رئيس القضاء صلاحية وقف الأحكام الصادرة في المحاكم المختلفة في حال تناقضها مع “أحكام الشريعة”.
ونفى المدير العام لوكالة أنباء “ميزان” مهدي كشت كار أن يكون إبراهيم رئيسي، قد أصدر أمراً بوقف تنفيذ حكم الإعدام المذكور.

ونشرت الخارجية الأميركية على حسابها باللغة الفارسية على الإنترنت صورة للإعدامات التي رافقت انتصار الثورة الإيرانية وذكرت “يجب وقف الإعدامات المستمرة منذ 41 سنة”.
وأفادت وكالة “هرانا” المعنية بقضايا حقوق الإنسان في إيران نقلاً عن مصادر وصفتها بالمطلعة، بأن سعيد تمجيدي ومحمد رجبي أبلغا ذويهما أنهما اعترفا بالانتماء إلى منظمة مجاهدي خلق تحت التعذيب. لكنهما بعد الخروج من السجن أكدا عدم انتمائهما لأي من التنظيمات المعارضة في الخارج.
وكانت السلطات الإيرانية قد أعلنت أنها نفذت الأسبوع الماضي حكم الإعدام بحق رضا عسكري الموظف السابق في وزارة الدفاع.
