بأقلامهمعربي «حزب الله» يعيد اختراع نفسه في لبنان by admin 3 أغسطس، 2019 written by admin 3 أغسطس، 2019 37 الشرق الأوسط / هدى الحسيني – كاتبة صحافيّة ومحللة سياسية لبنانيّة. إن دخول «حزب الله» إلى الشؤون اللبنانية يجب أن يقلق السلطات الشرعية كما يتضح من العقوبات الأميركية. بعد سلسلة طويلة من النجاحات العسكرية في سوريا، واجه الهجوم الأخير الذي شنه الرئيس بشار الأسد على آخر معقل لقوات المتمردين في إدلب مقاومة شرسة. يحصل المتمردون على دعم تركيا التي عقدت العزم على إبقاء شمال غربي سوريا تحت سيطرتها، ومع ذلك، رغم أن المتمردين ينجحون في التقدم العسكري بثمن كبير من الضحايا الأبرياء، فإن المناطق الواقعة تحت سيطرتهم صغيرة، وهذا لا يشير إلى حدوث تحول ينبغي أن يقلق النظام. عندما وقفت إيران وروسيا إلى جانب الأسد تغير كل شيء في غضون فترة قصيرة؛ إذ مال توازن القوى، وتم توجيه ضربات قاتلة إلى حركات المقاومة، وادعت حكومة الأسد أنها تقيم مصالحات مع المدن التي كانت تقاتلها، وسمحت للأهالي بمغادرة تلك المدن إلى إدلب، كي يتسنى لها لاحقاً القيام بمجازر جماعية كما يحدث اليوم. ما إن تلاشى القتال وصار مقتصراً على المناطق المعزولة حتى انسحب «حزب الله» من سوريا. لم يكن الانسحاب كاملاً أو فورياً؛ لكن شيئاً فشيئاً، بدأ الآلاف من القادة والمدربين والخبراء في عبور الحدود إلى لبنان. لم يتخلَّ «حزب الله» عن نشاطه في دمشق الكبرى؛ بل رسخ نفسه على مرتفعات الجولان السورية، وهو يساعد الميليشيات الشيعية التي تعمل في سوريا نيابة عن إيران. ومع ذلك قام «حزب الله» بتعليق نشاطه الاستراتيجي في سوريا، ويعيد استثمار معظم جهوده على المسرح السياسي اللبناني. ورغم الاحتكاكات التي تتصاعد من وقت لآخر مع «التيار الوطني الحر» وداخل جبهة «الثامن من آذار»، فإن تركيبة النظام الحالي تناسب «حزب الله» بشكل جيد للغاية، فهو اكتسب قوة على حساب معسكر رئيس الوزراء اللبناني، و«حزب الله» لا يريد قلب هذا التوازن؛ بل على العكس من ذلك تماماً، إنه يقاتل للحفاظ على هذه التركيبة، ولكن من أجل تحقيق ذلك فإنه يحتاج إلى اختراع سرد جديد لاستخدامه مع السكان المدنيين لتهدئة أي تهديد أو قلق بشأن أي انتفاضة شيعية محتملة، لأنه حتى في حالة عدم وجود بديل، فإن قاعدة سلطة «حزب الله» قد تثبت أنها غير متسامحة إذا فشل المجتمع الشيعي في تلقي الخدمات بشكل منتظم. إن إعادة اختراع «حزب الله» لنفسه لا تعكس بالتأكيد تغييراً حقيقياً في التنظيم، وحسب الأسلوب النموذجي لحسن نصر الله، الأمين العام للحزب، يتم استخدام عذر الاهتمام بالشأن العام، وسيلةً لتحقيق نهاية واحدة لحماية حرية «حزب الله» في النشاط الحر في البلاد. يُعرف «حزب الله» بوحدته الأمنية التي يتمثل هدفها الوحيد في التعامل مع شبكة من العملاء والمسهّلين في الأجهزة الرسمية في لبنان من أجل الحصول على كل ما يحتاجه الحزب. رغم نفي الحزب، فإن الكيانات الدولية تعرف أنه يشدد قبضته على مؤسسات الدولة اللبنانية، ويمكن رؤية ما يثبت ذلك في العقوبات الأميركية غير المسبوقة على عضوين في البرلمان اللبناني يمثلان الحزب؛ هما: محمد رعد رئيس كتلة الحزب في البرلمان، وأمين شري، وعلى وفيق صفا المسؤول عن التنسيق والاتصال بين «حزب الله» والأجهزة الأمنية اللبنانية.
