مجلس السيادة اتهم “فلول البشير” والمعتقلون 21 ضابطاً وعدداً من الجنود

قام رئيس مجلس السيادة السوداني عبد الفتاح برهان ونائبه محمد حمدان دقلو (حميدتي) اليوم بزيارة سلاح المدرعات الواقع في منطقة الشجرة إحدى ضواحي الخرطوم، بعد تمكن أفراده من الضباط والجنود من السيطرة على المجموعة الانقلابية وإجبارها على تسليم نفسها وأسلحتها من دون اراقة دماء.
وبحسب بيان صادر عن مجلس السيادة، فإن برهان وحميدتي حيا الجنود والضباط الذين كانوا مرابطين فترة وقوع الانقلاب، وشكراهما على حكمتهم في التعامل مع هذا الحدث.
الترويكا
دولياً أكدت دول الترويكا ممثلة في أميركا وبريطانيا والنرويج دعمها القوي لعملية الانتقال الديمقراطي في السودان في ضوء المحاولة الانقلابية التي أحبطتها الأجهزة الأمنية في البلاد.
وقال بيان لدول الترويكا “نرفض اَي محاولات لعرقلة او تعطيل جهود الشعب السوداني لإنشاء مستقبل ديمقراطي وسلمي ومزدهر”.
وطالب البيان المكونين المدني والعسكري وجميع الفاعلين السياسيين بان يعملوا معاً لمنع التهديدات التي تواجه الانتقال الديمقراطي وإنشاء مؤسسات انتقالية ومعالجة التوترات في الشرق والمناطق الأخرى.
وأشار البيان الى انه يجب على الذين يسعون لتقويض عملية الانتقال التي يقودها المدنيون أن يفهموا أن شركاء السودان الدوليين يقفون بحزم خلف شعب السودان وحكومته الانتقالية.
البرهان بين ضباط وجنود سلاح المدرعات (مجلس السيادة السوداني)
حمدوك يطل تلفزيونياً
في أول إطلالة تلفزيونية له بعد محاولة الانقلاب الفاشلة اتهم رئيس الوزراء السوداني عبدالله حمدوك “عناصر من داخل المؤسسة العسكرية وخارجها”، بتدبير المحاولة عبر بث الفوضى. حمدوك أضاف “يجب مراجعة تجربة الانتقال بكل شفافية ووضوح”، وتوعد محاسبة كل الضالعين في محاولة الانقلاب من عسكريين ومدنيين، ومواصلة تفكيك “عناصر النظام السابق”. وناشد الشعب السوداني دعم الحكومة الانتقالية واستكمال مؤسسات المرحلة، مؤكداً القبض “على أشخاص اثناء المحاولة الانقلابية وأنه سيتم محاسبة الضالعين فيها”.
وبيّن حمدوك أن الحكومة ستتخذ إجراءات لتحصين فترة الانتقال، فضلاً عن مواصلة تفكيك النظام السابق
ولفت الى ان الانقلاب سبقته حملة تحريض ضد الحكومة الانتقالية لإيجاد حالة من عدم الاستقرار بخاصة في شرقي البلاد.
سلاح المدرعات
سبق ذلك إعلان مصادر عسكرية أن الجيش السوداني تمكن من السيطرة على سلاح المدرعات الذي كانت تحتمي به مجموعة من العسكريين التابعين للمحاولة الانقلابية، بعد استسلامهم، وقام الجيش بسحب الآليات العسكرية التي كانت تحيط بالمنطقة، بينما قامت قوات من الجيش و”الدعم السريع” والشرطة بتأمين المرافق الحيوية في الخرطوم ومدن السودان الرئيسة، في إطار الاستعدادات العسكرية عقب هذه المحاولة الانقلابية. ووصفت الحكومة منفذي محاولة الانقلاب بـ “فلول النظام البائد”. وذكر بيان للجيش لاحقاً أن 21 ضابطاً وعدداً من الجنود اعتُقلوا فيما يتصل بمحاولة الانقلاب.
الخرطوم بعد فشل محاولة الانقلاب (حسن حامد)
وأشارت معلومات “اندبندنت عربية” إلى أن مجلسي السيادة والوزراء السودانيين بشقيه المدني والعسكري، منعقدان حالياً لتدارس الوضع واتخاذ التدابير والتحوطات اللازمة والوقوف على المستجدات وما تم اتخاذه من إجراءات، عقب فشل محاولة الانقلاب التي حدثت هذا الصباح، وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة.
وتوقعت مصادر عسكرية أن يصدر الجيش السوداني بياناً مفصلاً عن هذه المحاولة خلال الساعات المقبلة.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء السودانية عن العميد الطاهر أبو هاجه المستشار الإعلامي للقائد العام للقوات المسلحة قوله إن القوات المسلحة “أحبطت المحاولة الانقلابية وإن الأوضاع تحت السيطرة تماما”.
وأفاد مصدر في الحكومة السودانية طلب عدم ذكر اسمه أن محاولة الانقلاب تضمنت مساعي للسيطرة على إذاعة أم درمان التي تقع على الضفة الأخرى من النيل قبالة العاصمة الخرطوم.
وقال شاهد إن الجيش استخدم دبابات لإغلاق جسر يربط الخرطوم بأم درمان في وقت مبكر من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء.
محاولة السيطرة على مقر الإعلام الرسمي
وسائل إعلام رسمية سودانية كانت قد أعلنت عن “محاولة انقلابية فاشلة” شهدها السودان، صباح الثلاثاء، 21 سبتمبر (أيلول)، من دون أن تحدد الجهة التي تقف خلفها.
وذكر الإعلام الرسمي، “هناك محاولة انقلابية فاشلة. على الجماهير التصدي لها”. وأكد مصدر حكومي رفيع لوكالة الصحافة الفرنسية، أن منفّذي العملية حاولوا السيطرة على مقر الإعلام الرسمي، لكنهم “فشلوا”.
ونقل مراسل “اندبندنت عربية” عن شهود عيان، أن الجيش انتشر بشكل سريع في شوارع الخرطوم، وقام بإغلاق الجسور المؤدية للعاصمة.
وأكد عضو مجلس السيادة محمد الفكي لـ”اندبندنت عربية”، أن “الوضع تمت السيطرة عليه من قبل الجيش السوداني، وما زالت هناك وحدتان تتبعان لسلاح المدرعات يجري التفاوض معهما لتسليم أنفسهما مع الأسلحة من دون إراقة دماء، لكن اذا لم تتراجع سيتم التعامل معهما بالقوة”. وعن تفاصيل التحرك قال الفكي، “إن التحرك بدأ بواسطة ثلاث وحدات عسكرية انتشرت بشكل كثيف في محيط الإذاعة السودانية بأم درمان وكوبري النيل الأبيض، لكن تم إلقاء القبض على كل العسكريين، ويجري حالياً التحقيق معهم لمعرفة هويتهم والجهات التي وراء هذا الانقلاب”.
محمد الفكي كان قد دعا على صفحته في “فيسبوك” الشعب السوداني إلى التصدي “لهذه المحاولة الانقلابية والدفاع عن البلاد والانتقال الديمقراطي”.
وقال متحدث باسم مجلس السيادة في السودان، إنه “تم احتواء محاولة الانقلاب، والوضع تحت السيطرة”، مضيفاً أن الجيش سيصدر بياناً في هذا الشأن، وسيبدأ استجواب المشتبه فيهم قريباً.
وقال مصدر في الحكومة السودانية لوكالة “رويترز”، إن هناك محاولة انقلاب في البلاد، وإن إجراءات تُتخذ لاحتواء عدد محدود من المشاركين فيها.
وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم ذكر اسمه، أن محاولة الانقلاب تضمنت مساعي للسيطرة على إذاعة “أم درمان” التي تقع على الضفة الأخرى من النيل قبالة العاصمة الخرطوم.
وكشفت مصادر رسمية سودانية، عن أن ضباطاً في سلاح المدرعات متورطون في محاولة الانقلاب.
وتبدو الحركة في شوارع العاصمة الخرطوم طبيعية.
وأشارت مصادر عسكرية لصحيفة “السوداني” الصادرة في الخرطوم، إلى أن الانقلاب كان يهدف للسيطرة على القيادة العامة والإذاعة والتلفزيون والجسور، ومن ثم يقوم باعتقال جميع أعضاء مجلسي السيادة والوزراء.
حزب الأمة
فيما استنكر حزب الأمة على لسان رئيسه فضل الله برمة هذه المحاولة، مؤكداً ان نظام الرئيس السابق عمر البشير يقف وراءها.
وطالب في حديثه لـ”اندبندنت عربية” بإلقاء القبض على كافة المجموعة الانقلابية وسرعة التحري معها لمعرفة الجهات التي تحركها، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية بحقها حتى لا تتكرر مثل هذه المحاولة مرة اخرى.
وقال “نعترف بأن الوضع في البلاد مأزوم، وهذا واقعنا لكننا في مرحلة عصية حيث نواجه تحديات عديدة وحلها لن يكون بالانقلابات بل بتوحيد الصف عسكريين ومدنيين، لأن همنا مشترك”.
ووصف المحاولة بالردة وأنها “سترجع البلاد الى الوراء كثيراً بخاصة انها أصبحت مرفوضة من كل العالم، حيث يرفض الكل محلياً ودولياً تكميم الأفواه مؤكداً أن الديمقراطية هي الحل لمعالجة قضايانا المستعصية والطريق للاستقرار سياسياً واقتصادياً وامنياً واجتماعياً”.
وتتولى السلطة في السودان حكومة انتقالية من مدنيين وعسكريين تم تشكيلها عقب إطاحة الرئيس السابق عمر البشير على أثر احتجاجات شعبية امتدت لشهور.
وشهدت العاصمة وبعض مدن البلاد خلال الشهور الماضية تظاهرات احتجاجاً على تدهور الأوضاع الاقتصادية وارتفاع أسعار المحروقات والمواد الغذائية. وقالت السلطات الانتقالية إنها أحبطت أو رصدت محاولات سابقة للانقلاب مرتبطة بفصائل موالية للبشير.
ضباط متقاعدون
من جهته قال الباحث في الشؤون السياسية والعسكرية اللواء ركن أمين إسماعيل مجذوب “إن المحاولة الانقلابية التي تمت السيطرة عليها صباح اليوم كانت متوقعة قياساً بالأحوال الأمنية المتفلتة في الخرطوم وبعض مناطق السودان المختلفة بخاصة شرق البلاد الذي يشهد منذ يومين احتجاجات مطلبية، فضلًا عن الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الحكومة الانتقالية ضد عناصر النظام السابق”.
وأوضح أن المحاولة “قام بها مجموعة من الضباط في الخدمة وآخرين في المعاش قامت بالسيطرة على بعض الجسور وبعض الوحدات العسكرية مثل سلاح المدرعات، منوهاً الى انه تم اعتقال عدد كبير من المشاركين في هذه المحاولة، ويجري الآن محاصرة سلاح المدرعات الواقع بضواحي الخرطوم لتسليم بعض المنفذين لهذه المحاولة أنفسهم”.
وأشار الى ان الانقلابات العسكرية في الفترات الانتقالية “متوقعة نتيجة لفقدان بعض العناصر السياسية والعسكرية لمصالحها مع نظام البشير المحلول الذي استمر 30 عاماً”.
وأكد أن فشل هذه المحاولة أثبت ان “ما يقال عن تواطؤ لتهيئة الجو لمحاولة انقلابية غير صحيح”، وشدد أن “الخرطوم الآن أكثر أماناً والأجهزة الأمنية في أتم استعداداتها ويقظتها والحياة تسير بصورة عادية ولا خوف على الثورة والانتقال الديمقراطي في البلاد”.
