أنشطة رئيس وزراء سوريا تؤثر سلبياً في اقتصاد البلد
استقبل الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد في دمشق اليوم الاثنين، وزير الخارجية الإيراني محمد جواد ظريف والوفد المرافق له، وبحثا مستجدات المسار السياسي، ومن بينها اللجنة الدستورية وعملية آستانة وتطورات الأوضاع في الشمال السوري، في ظل العمليات العسكرية التركية.
وفي معرض إشارته إلى أزمة كورونا أعتبر الأسد أن هذا الوباء “تحول إلى مجال للاستثمار السياسي من قبل بعض الدول في الغرب وعلى رأسهم الولايات المتحدة.”
وقال:” إن الأزمة، فضحت فشل الأنظمة الغربية أولاً، وأخلاقيتها ثانياً، لأن هذا الوباء أظهر أن الأنظمة موجودة لخدمة فئة معينة من أصحاب المصالح وليس لخدمة شعوبها” طبقا لتعبيره.
في المقابل، وصف ظريف الحصار الذي تفرضه الإدارة الأميركية على بلاده وحليفتها سوريا يظهر “حقيقتها غير الإنسانية أمام العالم.”
ورأى وزير الخارجية الإيراني طرح موضوع تورط نظام الأسد باستخدام الأسلحة الكيميائية في الوقت الراهن بأنه “سلوك مخز”.
قلق روسي
من جهة ثانية، شنت وكالة “الأنباء الفيدرالية” الروسية المقربة من بوتين، هجوماً لاذعاً على النظام السوري، ووصفت الأسد بأنه ضعيف ولا يتحكم بالوضع في البلاد، فيما مسؤولوه يعيثون فساداً.
وأوردت الوكالة، التي يملكها الملياردير يفغيني بريغوجين المقرب من فلاديمير بوتين والمعروف باسم “طباخ الكرملين”، إن الفساد المستشري في الحكومة السورية يعيق التعاون بين موسكو ودمشق.
ولفت التقرير إلى زيادة النظام السوري ساعات انقطاع التيار الكهربائي عن مواطنيه، وتبريره ذلك بأن حقلي حيان والشاعر توقفا عن العمل بسبب سيطرة الإرهابيين على مدينة السخنة قرب حقول الغاز.
ووصف التقرير هذه الادعاءات بالكاذبة بناءً على معلومات من مصادر في سوريا، كما نقلت الوكالة أن إغلاق شركات إنتاج الغاز يؤثر سلباً في اقتصاد البلاد الذي ساعدت روسيا في استعادته.
وأرجعت الوكالة سبب زيادة الرسوم الجمركية والوضع الاقتصادي المتدهور إلى الفساد في حكومة رئيس الوزراء عماد خميس.
وأوضحت “بناء على معطيات نسبتها لصحافيين، أن الأسد لا يتحكم بالوضع في البلاد وأن المسؤولين يسيطرون ويسرقون عائدات استخراج النفط والغاز”.
ونقل التقرير عن رئيس “منصة موسكو” قدري جميل (فصيل معارض)، قوله إن الفساد مشكلة كبيرة في سوريا، لا يستطيع الأسد التعامل معها.
ويخلص التقرير إلى أن أنشطة رئيس وزراء سوريا تؤثر تأثيراً سلبياً في اقتصاد البلد. ولا يمكن للشركات الروسية المشاركة في ترميمه وأن تعمل بشكل طبيعي بسبب الفساد في الحكومة.
ولا يبدو أن ذلك يعني المسؤولين السوريين، إذ يواصلون نقل أموال النفط إلى الغرب، الذي “يخنق” سوريا بعقوباته. وفي ظل ذلك، يفقد الأسد مكانته، لأنه غير قادر على السيطرة على الوضع.
