سكاي نيوز عربية / ترجمات – أبوظبي / وجهت منظمة الصحة العالمية تحذيرات إضافية لمن يعانون بعض الأمراض المزمنة، من تعريض أنفسهم لمخاطر الإصابة بفيروس كورونا المستجد، مما قد يجعل حالتهم الصحية في وضع أصعب.
وقالت المنظمة في منشور بحسابها على موقع “فيسبوك”، إن مرضى القلب والأوعية الدموية والسكري والسرطان والجهاز التنفسي، قد يكونوا في حالة خطرة إن أصيبوا بفيروس كورونا.
وطلبت المنظمة ممن يعانون هذه الأمراض، المداومة على تناول أدويتهم بانتظام، والمواظبة على متابعة النصائح الطبية، خصوصا في ظل تفشي فيروس كورونا عالميا.
ودعت المنظمة الدولية أصحاب الأمراض المزمنة إلى تخزين أدويتهم بما يكفيهم لمدة شهر على الأقل، لضمان انتظام تناولها، خصوصا في ظل تقييد التنقل في كثير من الدول.
ونصحت من يعانون أمراض القلب والجهاز التنفسي والسرطان والسكري وضغط الدم، بالابتعاد عمن يشتبه بإصابتهم بفيروس كورونا، وترك مسافة كافية عند التواصل مع الآخرين بشكل عام.
كما أوصت المنظمة هؤلاء المرضى بغسل أيديهم بانتظام، والابتعاد عن التدخين وعدم تناول المشروبات الكحولية، لما للأخيرين من تداعيات خطيرة على صحتهم.
