خلال الأيام العشرة الماضية صوت طائر جريح يصدح بهتافات عربية وهو يحترق في لهيب العطش. حاول طائر الفنيق هذا، أن يشق جدران الخوف والسجن والسلاح، وأن ينهض من نيرانه ويذكّر العالم بمأساته ويمحي الغبار عن نسيان بني جلدته له. هذا الطائر هو شعب الأحواز الذي يرزح منذ عقود تحت نير حكام لا يرون في أرضه إلا غنيمة يجب نهبها. لا أريد أن أسهب في التأريخ، لكني أذكر أن الأرض التي تسمى حالياً رسمياً بـ “خوزستان” وحملت عبر التاريخ مسمى مملكة ميسان ومملكة الأهواز ومملكة عربستان، عرفت منذ 25 قرناً عدة ممالك مستقلة أو تابعة أو متحالفة مع الإمبراطوريات المجاورة لها. فحالياً يرفض شعبها مسمى خوزستان، كما يرفض كل الأسماء والهويات المزيفة التي فرضها الاستعمار الداخلي الفارسي عليه. بعد أن فقدت عربستان (وعاصمتها المحمرة) استقلالها الداخلي في الربع الأول من القرن المنصرم، بذلت الأنظمة المتعاقبة، ملكية وجمهورية، جل جهدها لتغيير التركيبة السكانية لتلك المنطقة، منها مباشرة كعمليات الإبادة الجماعية وبناء المستوطنات، وأخرى ملتوية أوغير مباشرة كبناء السدود العديدة. وتستخدم طهران هذه السدود الواقعة في المناطق الشمالية لعربستان ليس لأغراض اقتصادية فحسب، بل كسلاح سياسي ضد الشعب العربي الأحوازي. وأشير هنا إلى بعض الشعارات والهتافات التي رددتها الجماهير خلال انتفاضة العطش التي بدأت يوم 15 يوليو ( تموز)2021، “بالروح والدم نفديك يا أهواز”، و”أم الشهيد اتنادي، الأهواز عز بلادي”، و”رادونا انذل ما ذلينا”، و”الأهواز إلنا ومانعطيها”، و” بالروح والدم نفديك يا كارون”، و”عطشان الشط رايد مايه”، و”كارون والكرخة وهور العظيم حياتنا”. وفي مقاربتنا للشعارات والهتافات نرى القلق الأحوازي البالغ لما يخططه حكام طهران، وأهمها موضوع التهجير من الأرض والوطن، كما أننا نشاهد فيها نفساً قومياً (بل وطنياً) قوياً. وبما أن عملية نضال الشعوب عملية تراكمية، فحتى لو انتكست هذه الانتفاضة مؤقتاً، ستخلف تراثاً كفاحياً وستشكل منصة رصينة للوثوب إلى المستقبل، إلى ما يطمح إليه الشعب الأحوازي. يقول الرئيس الإيراني السابق محمود أحمدي نجاد، إن الجمهورية الإسلامية “لا تقوم باستثمارات اقتصادية بنيوية في خوزستان” (عربستان)، ويشير بذلك إلى تشريعات المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني في هذا المجال بحجة الخوف من اندلاع حرب أخرى هناك. لكن في الحقيقة إمكانية وقوع مثل هكذا حرب انتفت بزوال نظام صدام حسين في العراق، وهيمنة إيران على بعض الفئات الفاعلة هناك، كما أنها غير محتملة من قبل الدول العربية الأخرى في المنطقة لأسباب تتعلق بتوازن القوى بين الجانبين. يبقى أمر واحد، وأعني عصياناً عاماً في الإقليم يؤدي إلى فصلها عن إيران، وهو بحاجة إلى شروط وظروف محلية وإقليمية ودولية ملائمة لا توجد حالياً. لم يسبق لهذه الانتفاضة الشعبية مثيل في تاريخ الأحواز عامة، لا من حيث الحجم ولا المساحة والرقعة الجغرافية، ولقد وجدت صدى واسعاً في الإعلام العربي، وفي بعض الصحف والإعلام العالميين. كما أنها أعادت رسم خريطة مملكة عربستان التي ضمها حكام طهران قسراً إلى الدولة الإيرانية في أوائل القرن العشرين، إذ تم إحياء هذه الخريطة من خلال التظاهرات والاحتجاجات التي شهدتها مدن وأقضية عديدة هي، البسيتين، والخفاجية، والحويزة، والحميدية، والأحواز العاصمة، والمحمرة، وجزيرة صلبوخ وعبادان، ودارخوين، والفلاحية، وميناء معشور، والخلفية، ورامز، والسوس، ودسبول، وعرب حسن، والشعيبية، وتستر، وشاوور، وعبدالخان، والميناو، والحائي، وويس، ومويلحة، وملاثاني التي رددت الجماهير خلالها هتافات باللغة العربية. وقد تضامن مع العرب، جماهير القومية البختيارية في مدينتي إيذج ومسجد سليمان، حيث سقط قتلى في الأولى، وكذلك جماهير القومية اللورية في إقليم لورستان، ويُعد ذلك أمراً مهماً إذا علمنا أن هناك تيارات قومية إيرانية متشددة معادية للعرب تنشط في هذه المناطق. كما شاهدنا شخصيات رياضية وفنية فارسية تتعاطف ومظلومية الشعب الأحوازي، غير أن معظمهم اكتفوا بالتعاطف مع “محافظة خوزستان” دون الإشارة إلى العرب أو الشعب العربي هناك، ويعود ذلك إلى العنصرية المتجذرة في العقلية الفارسية. الشعوب في إيران أهم رد فعل تضامني إزاء انتفاضة العطش الأحوازية جاء من مدينة تبريز عاصمة إقليم أذربيجان الواقعة في شمال غربي إيران، التي تقطنها أغلبية تركية أذرية. إذ خرجت الجماهير يوم السبت 24 يوليو (تموز) على الرغم من كل الإجراءات الأمنية الوقائية، وقد تم ذلك (كما قال لي أصدقاء أذريون) بعد أن قام نشطاء في المدينة وقبل بدء التظاهرات بهجوم سايبري ضد شبكة إشارات المرور، وحالت دون حضور الشرطة وقوات الأمن في مكان انطلاق التظاهرات. وقفة احتجاجية في مدينة تبريز للتضامن مع التظاهرات في الأهواز ( وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي) ولأول مرة في تاريخ إيران المعاصر يتعاطف شعب يبعد مئات الكيلومترات عن شعب آخر لا تربطهما معاً، لا اللغة ولا الثقافة ولا الجغرافية، بل المعاناة المشتركة والإحساس المشترك بالعنصرية المعادية للعرب والأذريين في إيران. فإذا عدنا للتاريخ المعاصر نرى أن الأذريين تحالفوا مع الفرس خلال ثورة الدستور (1906- 1909) التي أنهكت الدولة القاجارية (تركية المنشأ ومن جلدتهم)، غير أنهم شعروا بالغبن والخديعة بعد أن هيمن الفرس على الحكم إثر انقلاب قام به رضا خان البهلوي (الشاه في ما بعد) وضياء الدين الطبطبائي، بدعم بريطاني أدى إلى حرمانهم من حقوقهم السياسية واللغوية والثقافية، وهذا بالطبع شمل العرب والكرد والبلوش والتركمان أيضاً. كما أنهم على الرغم من دورهم البارز في ثورة فبراير (شباط) 1979، واجهوا تجربة مرة مماثلة لثورة الدستور، ولم يجنوا منها شيئاً يذكر. في الحقيقة جميع الشعوب غير الفارسية لم تجن من ثورتها هذه الثمرات التي كانوا يطمحون إليها بعد أن خطفها رجال الدين، لكن لماذا كل هذا التأكيد على الأذريين؟ والجواب هو، لأن إيران دولة الأقليات بالأساس، لكن لم يعرف هل الفرس هم الأكبر عدداً بين هذه الأقليات أم الأذريون؟ وهناك خلاف في هذا المجال. فالأذريون برأيي هم الأكبر عدداً وحجماً وتاريخاً وتأثيراً في الأجواء السياسية بين الشعوب غير الفارسية في إيران، وقد حسموا النصر لكل الثورات التي شهدتها إيران خلال القرن المنصرم. لكن منذ استقلال جمهورية أذربيجان في عام 1991، حصل تغيير نوعي في سلوكهم السياسي، إذ أصبح لديهم ثقة في النفس لأول مرة بعد إسقاط حكمهم الذاتي في عام 1946. وقد تضاعفت هذه الثقة بعد أن استعاد بنو جلدتهم في جمهورية أذربيجان في العام الماضي معظم أراضي قره باغ المحتلة من قبل أرمينيا. فالأذريون لم يشاطروا طهران في احتجاجات الحركة الخضراء في عام 2009، ولم يشاركوا في انتفاضتي 2017 و2019 المعارضة للنظام الإيراني بسبب ما ذكرناه من غبن تاريخي تلقوه من الفرس. وبدوي هتاف “أذربيجان – الأحواز اتحاد اتحاد” في سماء مدينة تبريز يوم السبت الماضي، أعلن الأتراك الأذريون جهاراً إنهاء تحالفهم التاريخي مع الفرس، ودشنوا مرحلة جديدة من نضال الشعوب الإيرانية تختلف مع سابقاتها. لكن هذا لم يحدث بغتة، بل عُمل عليه منذ عقدين من الزمن بين نشطاء أحوازيين ونشطاء أتراك. فمن الآن وصاعداً، سنشهد تحالفاً نضالياً ميدانياً بين شعبين وإقليمين هامين اقتصادياً واستراتيجياً. وبما أن الشعب التركي الأذري يحظى بدعم معنوي من بني جلدته في جمهورية أذربيجان وتركيا، يمكن أن يلعب دوراً مهماً في الكفاح من أجل قيام حكم لامركزي، بل وحق تقرير المصير للشعوب غير الفارسية في إيران، بخاصة أنهم رددوا في تظاهرات السبت هتاف “نريد إقامة دولة وطنية”، حيث فسره البعض بقيام دولة مستقلة والبعض الآخر بسلطة وطنية ضمن نظام فدرالي إيراني. كل هذه المؤشرات تؤكد أن الدولة – الأمة الإيرانية التي دشنها الشاه رضا البهلوي في عام 1925، تحت شعار “شعب واحد، بلد واحد، لغة واحدة” أخذت تتعثر، والأحداث التي شهدتها القوميات غير الفارسية خلال العقود الثلاثة الماضية، تؤكد أن إيران بحاجة إلى نظام جديد من نوع “الدولة – الأمم” لتتجاوز أزمة الهوية العميقة. فطرح شعارات داعية للعودة للملكية البهلوية (المعادية لآمال الشعوب غير الفارسية) في بعض تظاهرات المدن الفارسية واللورية ستحول دون أي تنسيق بين هذه الشعوب والشعب الفارسي، وستكون لها عواقب وخيمة على مستقبل إيران. المزيد عن:
