VERA OLEINIKOVA “السلطات تفزع لدى رؤية متظاهرين سلميين وتستدعي لملاحقتهم تعزيزات عسكرية من مختلف أنحاء البلاد. لقد تغيرت عقلية الناس، كما أرى”. وتشهد العاصمة موسكو في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع تظاهرات منتظمة احتجاجا على عدم أهلية المرشحين المستقلين في انتخابات سبتمبر/أيلول لعضوية مجلس المدينة. وتقول السلطات، الموالية للرئيس فلاديمير بوتين، إن مرشحي المعارضة عجزوا عن تجميع ما يكفي من التوقيعات اللازمة للتسجيل في سباق الانتخابات. أما أولغا – التي تتطلع للالتحاق بجامعة موسكو لدراسة الصحافة في سبتمبر/أيلول- فتقول إن احتجاجها ليس مقتصرا على الانتخابات المقبلة؛ إنما هو لتسليط الضوء على الانحراف عن الدستور الذي وضُع في مرحلة ما بعد الاتحاد السوفييتي، والذي يثمّن حقوق الإنسان في الشعب الروسي. وتقول أولغا إنها لا تناصر حزبا سياسيا بعينه. “أتبنى اتجاها محايدا إزاء ألكسي نافالني وقادة معارضة آخرين، لكنني أدعم محاولاتهم”. احتجاجات التقاعد وُلدت أولغا ميسيك ونشأت في إحدى ضواحي موسكو. وكان ترتيبها متوسطا بين إخوتها، وأحبت القراءة ولا سيما للكُتاب الذين يتناولون المستقبل الملبد بالغيوم والأنظمة الاستبدادية من أمثال جورج أورويل وألدوس هكسلي. وتفوقت أولغا في الدراسة، واعتادت الحصول على درجات عالية، وأخذت تهتهم بالشأن العام وقضايا الساعة، غير أن اهتمامها بالسياسة شهد ازديادا منذ الخريف الماضي. وكانت أولغا في السادسة عشرة عندما شاهدت تظاهرات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي احتجاجا على مقترحات برفع سن التقاعد من 55 إلى 60 للسيدات ومن 60 إلى 65 للرجال. ووجدت أولغا في نفسها حافزا للانضمام إلى المتظاهرين. “لا يتعلق الأمر باقترابي من سن التقاعد من عدمه، لكنني رأيت مطالبهم عادلة. وكان استيائي من السياسيين لأن الرئيس بوتين نفسه كان قد وعد بعدم رفع سن التقاعد، ثم وقّع على مشروع القانون ليصير قانونا في أكتوبر/تشرين الأول عام 2018”. اتخاذ موقف في السابع والعشرين من يوليو/تموز وقفت أولغا بين الآلاف في تظاهرة غير مصرّح بها في موسكو احتجاجا على التضييق على نشطاء المعارضة في انتخابات الدوما. وكان العديد من قادة المعارضة البارزين قد اعتُقلوا قبل خروج التظاهرة. وجلست متربعة على الأرض ومن ورائها عناصر الشرطة المدججة بالعصيان، وسحبت أولغا نسخة من دستور روسيا الذي أُقرّ عام 1993 وأخذت تقرأ منه. تقول أولغا: “قرأت عليهم أربع فقرات. أولاها تتحدث عن الحق في التظاهر السلمي، والثانية تتحدث عن حق كل شخص في المشاركة في الانتخابات، والثالثة عن حق الجميع في حرية التعبير، والرابعة عن أهمية إرادة الشعب وقوته في نهضة البلاد”. وحظيت صور أولغا في المظاهرة بآلاف المشاركات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
