Windsor, N.S. man faces child pornography charges

A Windsor, N.S. man is facing charges related to child sexual abuse and exploitation materials.

The charges come following an investigation at a residence on Wiley Avenue on Oct. 22.

Police were directed to the residence after learning that child sexual abuse and exploitation material was being transmitted by a user accessing the internet at that residence.

On Oct. 30, 67-year-old Terry Wayne Jaggar was arrested and has now been charged with:

• Possession of Child Pornography;
• Make Available Child Pornography;
• Accessing Child Pornography; and
• Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material.

Jaggar was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 20, 2026.
